Cannot say enough about David Blumson and his group at Smart Ford in Malvern. Simply put, it was the easiest, most transparent and professional car buying experience I’ve ever had. Very poor customer service. Very poor communicatio
purchased a used F150 King Ranch cash deal I was promised a bed liner be installed. Sales person here did not keep his word about what he was able to provide. Didn’t keep us in informed about the delay in the bed liner installation. I had to threaten stop payment of funds to get the truck. I love Fords. Have owned several. But the service is really sad. Very nice truck but Very poor customer service. Very poor communication with the customer.

Go Slow and Careful
We drove up & young man came out like he had been waiting for us. He had a red 2010 Explorer with 4 wheel drive, big tires, cracked windshield pulled up out to the side. We test drove and paid cash. I feel like I am going hunting each time I get in it. Checking it out really good by us just was not done. The oil was filthy, left head light is out and the dash lights look like a Christmas tree lit up. These only came on as it was driven home-tire pressure, left head lamp, etc. My advice is stay away from Smart Ford. I don't know why we left our home town. Karl Malone states they fixed a rat nest under the car and listed several problems associated with this vehicle. That cost us $500. We have not had a good experience although we did buy as is We are living on a fixed income. So my advice Stay AWAY From Smart Ford.
