Small lot equals best deal
Car was listed with the VIN number, ran VIN on car before we arrived. Car-fax list car clean no issues what-so-ever. Arrived at lot, small used car dealership. Guy said, smaller lot, smaller car prices. Looked at car. Ford Fusion 2012 with 36000 miles for amazing price of 9,999. With warrantee. We were allowed to test drive the car without a salesman. We took the car for about an hour. Came back. We lowered the price and bought the car. Car looked and ran like new. Only one strange thing. The glove compartment had a few old car parts in it. Nevertheless, Car runs and looks GREAT! Price was thousands less then anywhere else, VIN car fax was clean. No issues. They only have a couple of salesmen so email is best form of communication. They don't always get to the phone.

Don't waste your time, they don't want your money.
After contacting me initially through email in response to me asking for a carfax report they told me "we don't offer Carfax reports." I followed up with a few questions regarding the vehicle based on pictures and the carfax report which I had to pay for myself. The vehicle has had undercarriage damage before and I wanted to know the status of the title, which I inquired about. 3 weeks later, no response still. I've sent several emails and even sent another inquiry directly from their own website, whenever I call I get either a fax line or it goes to their voicemail which is always FULL (obviously they never check it)! I finally get someone to pick up the phone after weeks and they tell me the car has a down payment on it already...but its still listed on several sites and in their inventory. They could've EASILY returned any of my calls, voicemails, and emails, but no. The guy on the phone sounded like a robot, no emotion at all (he didn't even try to sell me another car which is weird for a dealer), you could tell he didn't give a xxxx at all. BUYER BEWARE! These guys are full of it and don't want your money.

Broken junk
Drove up to have people working on cars in the lot. Guy pointed to where our target car might be. Found car parts in the glove compartment. No one else asked us if we needed help. We left. Won't ever go back.

Buyer beware
I inquired asking for more info and they replied with, "We do not supply carfax reports" which was a red flag for me. I stopped by anyway that every car I looked at, it was more than 4, was in an accident or had some story. The pricing is great, but there are reasons for it, Just be aware of what you are purchaing.

Zero follow through on my inquiry
After responding to my initial inquiry (Nick) that they still had the vehicle. They never responded to my list of 6 basic questions about the condition of the vehicle. Lots of other cars and sellers to choose from. Cars.com should pull this business off their listing.

Lack of response about Service Engine Light
I expressed interest in a vehicle they have listed in cars.com. My initial email was replied to. When I looked at the pictures I noticed that the service engine light is on. They said that they do not know the reason. It is not unusual for certain dealerships to ignore service lights because they do not want to know the reason its on. That's fine. But, it is poor business practice. Reputable dealerships either do not purchase cars like that or they investigate the reason for the sake of full disclosure and their reputation. Given the low ratings received by this dealership on cars.com, I chose to stay away from this dealership. If they decide to alter their business practices, make consumer reviews a higher priority, and investigate known issues with the vehicles they want to sell, then I'd be eager to do business with them.
