I highly recommend Autonet in Dallas. They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Roger, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. No pressure at all, nada! They even stayed late for me to come test drive, then buy. There was a reason I had not purchased a car in 15 years -- working with Autonet was a breath of fresh air and they made my purchase a zip. I would buy from them again.

Great experience dealing with Autonet! I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle (it's stressful buying a vehicle off the internet sight unseen and not knowing the dealership). Knowing what I know now I wouldn't be afraid to purchase and ship a vehicle from Autonet. It was a used vehicle and like all used vehicles there were some defects and wear but George was very forth coming with the imperfections and there was no surprises when my flight landed. He also went above and beyond honoring our verbal agreement while it took me a little extra time than planned to get my financing and travel plans in place ( which, if i had to guess, is why Vince left a bad review because we were going after the same vehicle I think). They also stayed there for me after hours due to a very long and bad day of flight delays and problems which I felt was awesome of them so I didn't have to get a hotel room and I could start traveling home right away. The vehicle was fully serviced, cleaned, full tank of gas and ready to go the almost 1000 mile trip home when I got there. The moral of the story is I was very pleased and would not hesitate, if you are a local or an out of state buyer shipping or driving the vehicle home, to buy a vehicle from them if they had something you wanted. We had a fantastic experience with Autonet. The entire process from first visit to driving off with the car was easy and comfortable. George was extremely helpful and answered any questions about the car we had as well as taking time to answer general questions about other cars. They were very laid back and put no pressure on us to buy anything. They stayed late so that we could test drive the vehicle one night after work. They had the car ready for us to drive when we arrived. The next day when we went back to sign the paperwork, they had everything ready and we were in and out in less than a half hour. Would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Liars!! They clear codes from check engine lights so by time you get vehicle home all the lights come back on. Have proven that by looking at back log of tester. Bought a car for my daughter to it now not running and a list of issues. I’m looking in to lawfully going after them. Especially showing they clearly knew of issues and didn’t tell me. They are crooked and won’t return any calls. Do NOT buy from them. They are scam artists

Car was xxxx they sell junk. Purchased a vehicle from them it had many issues they did not service the vehicle correctly waste of time

We had a great experience with this dealership. They had a car that fit what we were looking for. The car drove great we just picked it up today and so far so good. We did not experience financing through Auto net we were pre-approved through our own Credit Union. They worked very well with our credit union it was very easy and a painless process. George was very nice and highly recommend.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from these guys and they are very easy to work with. I even had a good stereo installed due to the last radio being faulty. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent used car.
