*Review for Ford Palm Springs Service Department* Generally speaking, the service personnel at Ford Palm Springs have always been friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful. However, my recent experience with a warranty repair on my 2022 Ford Maverick’s transmission left me disappointed. After a little over a week, the paperwork for a courtesy vehicle was being finalized, and a Ford Bronco was brought out for me to use. I thought this was a very nice gesture. However, as the process was being completed, the Bronco was suddenly pulled away and replaced with a Ford Escape. The staff member informed me that the Service Manager had switched the vehicles. This unexpected change made me feel devalued and, unfortunately, discriminated against due to my race. I chose not to file a formal complaint at the time because I feared potential retaliation and desperately needed the courtesy vehicle. When my vehicle was returned about a week later, it had a strong smell of transmission fluid. I mentioned this to the person who delivered my car, and they confirmed they smelled it too. Unfortunately, the odor has persisted despite leaving the windows open for several days. As a rideshare driver, this issue has prevented me from working, as I know passengers would likely leave complaints that could harm my rating—something I've seen happen to others with severe consequences. I hope Ford Corporation can address these two concerns: the treatment during the courtesy vehicle process and the unresolved odor in my vehicle after the transmission repair. I truly appreciate Ford’s commitment to customer service and look forward to a resolution.

HORRIBLE, PLEASE READ I recieved a call at work, from

HORRIBLE, PLEASE READ I recieved a call at work, from the sales presentative (Greg, I think was his name), stating, my down payment did not go through, and they were sending my account to collections, by the end of the day. I explained to the gentleman, I was in the middle of seeing patients at work, but my banking log said Palm Springs Motors had taking the money. He assured me, the company had not recieved the money and MY account will be sent to collections if not cleared up by the end of the day. NO call back, over 5 hrs, I could only think of the worst (panicking inside), but had to make sure my patients were safe and cared for. I managed to leave work early thinking the worst: have my account been hacked, perhaps someone had gotten access to my accounts again, would they clear out all of my funds before I could assure the safety of the people, to whom intrusted me with the care of love ones and selves. I would have to deal with my issues after work, but customer service is #1, regardless of the work, you choose to do. I finish up early, and drive to Palm Springs Motors I show them my account history where it does state the money has been taking out. At this time I sit and wait for about 30 mins, then the sales rep comes out and tell me, I am sorry, no one checked with the finance department, your payment went through over a week ago. So everything is cleared up on their end and you are free to go is what I was told. Its not cleared up on my end because you have wasted my time, ran my BP up, have distraught, all because they did not communicate in the beginning, but did not even value me as a paying customer enought to check the recieving departments after I told them it was taking out of my account. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! I would not advise anyone to purchase at this place. There are plenty new and used car dealerships around on the same strip, that probably value the WORKING MIDDLE CLASS, enough to communicate, and cause unused stress. I think it is time for US middle class, law abiding, everyday working citizens to stand up and demand to be treated like humans, and valued where we spend our money. I was offered a dinner, but I dont like fast food, I perfer to cook. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I Have Ever Had.

Bought 2023 Ford Maverick from Palm Springs Ford

I was looking for a hard-to-find Maverick Lariat modal with the Tremor off road package and Palm Springs Ford had just what I wanted. Like all dealers these days, the truck was marked up, but the salesman negotiated an acceptable deal with me. Great experience with the salesman and financing. Make sure to ask for Ray if you're looking to buy from Palm Springs Ford.

I was lied to and completely humiliated! Avoid!

Terrible Service

I called PSM during opening hours on the weekend to arrange to have the air conditioning serviced on my 2016 Explorer. My call was not returned. I called again Monday morning and was told I should bring the car in right away, but they couldn't get around to fixing it for 3 to 4 days. I asked if I could just make an appointment for later in the week but was told they wouldn't do that and I had to leave the car with them now to get them to do the repair 3 to 4 days later. As this made no sense I asked if I could speak to the service manager. I left my number but over 2 hours later, no call. Why in the world would any dealer anywhere and anytime ask you to leave your vehicle with them for days BEFORE they start work on it??? Nonsensical. Waiting for days for a returned phone call just adds insult to injury.

Dishonest sales process.

After my deal was made to purchase a new vehicle, Clarence the finance director changed the numbers In his computer and cheated me out of $2000. My paperwork showed a different price. After a week I got $1600 of it as a refund, This is a dishonest outfit.

The Best of the best!

I had the best experience here out of any car buying experience I've ever had. I came in on my own as a female and was treated with so much respect from these wonderful gentlemen. Robert Shearer, my salesman, toured me through my options and was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He never pressured me and made great suggestions as I was unsure of which car I wanted to go with. He really is such an asset to the company. I've never met anyone in sales more welcoming and warm.He truly has a gift and cares about each person that comes through that door. I also met Trent the sales manager who was just as assuring and kind and of course Wayne, another sales manager, who made sure to tell me if I needed anything at any time they were there to help me. They have backed this up to this day. All of them have called to check on me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I have never had better service from any car dealership. Billy in finance was so great too! Such a smooth quick transaction. I definitely recommend coming here for your next purchase. I love my Mazda cx30 and am so happy to have found you guys. Thanks again!

Superior Sales and Finance Experience

I was in the market for a 2020 Lincoln Navigator. That product speaks for itself as this is my third Navigator purchase but first time, brand new. I purchased through Palm Springs Motors, "Internet Sales" so I had a lot of knowledge of the vehicle I was going to purchase. I was treated very well by Joey Zamora (Internet Sales Manager). He was kind, professional and knowledgable about the Navigator I was going to purchase. He assisted me with pre-qualification for credit, trade in and pay off of my 2014 Navigator. Willam (Billy) Hays was very helpful on the credit side of the purchase. Buying a vehicle worth $85,000-$100,000 can be stressful but Mr Hays made the process effortless.
