My experience was horrible!

My experience was horrible! I couldn’t purchase the vehicle i went there to get. They bullied me into a different vehicle that I did not like, I took the vehicle home and on the way home there were servers problems that they hid from me. They lied about the vehicle being in good condition and within less than 24 hours they called me and told me to bring the vehicle back after I had already paid my down payment because the “lenders” changed their mind on giving me a loan. I do not suggest anyone to shop with these people! Just about every car on their lot is a lemon and they are poor business people! They are not a good place to spend money with at all!

Do not but from them.

Do not but from them. Don't pull in lot. They hide problems. Scammers. Fraud. Went to test drive a car. They pull it up. I look under hood you can see paint from hiding rust. Engine with oil leaks. Frame rusted out. Window hatches bolted on with caulk. Turn vehicle off to check the oil because engine was ticking. The vehicle was making electric noise from everything. Wouldn't restart. When I first found this car on car gurus it said excellent condition with no breaks title clean. Some how hours later the report changed to frame problems, 2 minor wrecks. Something very fishy about this. I had another car there i wanted look at. They said they would pull it up. I told them it's ok I'll look at it first see if it's worth a test drive. I found the car with a flat tire. Opened door to poop hood it smelled like mold in it. Trust me do not go hear. Read the reviews how they reply to people they are rude. Downing people because they're credit is low and come back with more money so you can buy a nice car. Car I looked at said it was excellent condition. It probably not even road worthy with the rusted out body and frame covered with paint.

PSA- To all buyers past, present, or future!

PSA- To all buyers past, present, or future! Let’s talk about my trade for a sec. I turned in a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade (picture added here) with a blown head gasket for a 2007 Jeep Commander. My old Jeep hit their lot 7 days later. (Sketchy) Now I may not be able to help everyone, but if I can a few people with this post it’s worth it. FYI- if you have any complaints it is my opinion that you file a complaint immediately with the Better Business Bureau! Read all complaints in the BBB, Google, and anywhere else you can find them! Upon arriving on their lot the Commander was brought to me with a flat tire and no gas. I had to pay for gas to test drive it! It had been raining all week and I inquired for 3 days about the windshield! It has some white stuff at the top right corner like it had been patched up! It Took 3 days to purchase as I found several issues that were fixed. 2nd day I test drove it again, and the starter was going out. Also fixed the next day. 3rd day I closed. The entire 3 days I asked about the windshield and a soaked floor. Solomon knew nothing. Every single day the floor was vaccumed so they knew it was leaking from somewhere!!. I wound up having to pay for not only a new windshield, but the sunroof had to be fixed also. It sat lower than the roof. On the 3rd day of ownership my dash was soaked, and I could go swimming on the floorboard. It had rained hard all night! I was turned away for reimbursement from Solomon for the windshield reimbursement!!! New windshield was $269.59. The side airbags were soaked as well! I had to temporarily patch the sunroof (image included) with 3M tape because I had to get the second issue taken care of first! Sunroof cost was only $200. Friend of mine fixed it. Was off track from the bracket, and countersunk! I figured this issue out myself! The images of the water leak were after the sunroof was fixed. Not much water then, so that showed the windshield needed replaced. Now I have no leak issues! Issue 2 (DEADLY) After a month I noticed exhaust coming up under my 2 year olds door. They rigged a universal muffler with no tail pipe on the Jeep (pictures included). If I hadn’t noticed this it could have given us CO2 poisoning, and killed us overtime. I have a two year old, and a 5 year old! This also could have fell off, and caused an accident. They don’t seem too concerned about your safety, just a few extra bucks in their pocket. I had to have an entire new system put on costing me around $700. I got $200 back from them through the BBB. You can see the complaint on their website!!! In their reply they had no explanation for this showing that they lie about “fully inspecting their vehicles!” It is in my experience that if you decide to buy from them take it to a mechanic, and test drive it for quite sometime. Ask them to check the codes to make sure nothing has been erased. Mechanics can do this for you, and it’s not illegal for shady car lots to erase codes, and then sell it to you! I had to replace two censors on the transmission a few weeks later ($360) I test drove mine twice, and the second time the starter was going out! They want you to play “where’s Waldo” in finding issues with their vehicles hoping that you don’t! I have proven twice through the BBB that they in fact DO NOT fully inspect their vehicles as they state to other complaints! They will simply tell you “they do fully inspect,” or you bought “As Is,” as a petty excuse for their shadiness!!! Basically “GO AWAY NOW!” Now that I have exposed them legitimately through the BBB for their falsehood of transparency , and lies they hurl insults at me! Saying I have “petty complaints,” as I had inquired about the water leak for several days. Be mindful of your priorities to yourself! Seemingly you have about a 50/50 chance of not getting screwed over here

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars for this

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars for this "company" as they don't deserve even 1. My husband & I purchased a used 2018 vehicle from Adam in October. We live in Indiana & drove to Ohio. Adam told us that the vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition. During the test drive there was some subtle noise coming from the rear, Adam who rode with us assured us that it was from the new parts that were replaced on the rear. We completed the transaction and Adam sold us an Extended Warranty that covered all major mechanical issues having to do with the Engine & Transmission. Not even 1 hour into our 2 hour drive back home that the subtle noise from the rear began to get louder & a distinct siren sound could be heard. The vehicle began struggling to shift between gears. It started raining and I felt excessive play in the steering wheel & a feeling of not being able to control the vehicle as it started shaking. I took it to my ASE certified mechanic for an inspection. I was told that the vehicle had broken inner & outer tie rods, AND the Transmission was failing! I called the Warranty company and they said they couldn’t cover the Transmission because we had not even owned the car for 2 weeks and that IAO was to blame for selling a vehicle that had major mechanical conditions. After calling Adam at IAO, he refused to help & stood by his lies. When both my husband and I on separate occasions called Adam to speak to his General Manager, Bob, we never got a call back. I was then passed off to Soloman, who tried to negotiate with me saying he wanted to work with us to resolve the issue and that they would either fix the transmission or get the warranty company to pay for it. When I informed Soloman that I had already spoken to the warranty company & how they said that the dealership was responsible, Soloman started walking back his previous statements & said they would tow it back and fix the transmission themselves. After getting the runaround & fast talked for the next several weeks, Soloman said there was nothing wrong with the transmission nor were the tie rods broken. My husband was finally able to speak to the GM, Bob where he continued with the lies & denial. While Bob admitted that his mechanics are NOT ASE certified, he went on to say that after four of his guys looked at the vehicle, the noise was not because of the transmission but new rear brake pads. They have Backyard Billies trying to dispute an ASE certified mechanic with 20 years of experience that the transmission is fine. At this point, we contacted our Finance Company to initiate a loan cancellation. It was no easy feat to get IAO to return the funds to our finance company. We told Bob and Soloman that we were contacting an Attorney because this was Fraud by knowingly Misrepresenting the vehicle condition. I had to file complaints with the Ohio Attorney General & the Cincinnati BBB. Not to mention the daily calls to our finance company & IAO for a month. I then read the multiple complaints of past customers who had the same situations with Adam. It’s apparent that Adam has a past history of knowingly misrepresenting vehicles with bunk transmissions & engines & still selling them. IAO knows they are selling vehicles with major mechanical failures & they push the extended warranty that you can’t use (knowing that pre-existing conditions are excluded) and then try to stand behind the “As-Is” and “You knew you were buying a used vehicle” excuses. 2 weeks after the vehicle was towed back to IAO, they listed it for sale again with no repairs being done. Be wary of any positive reviews about IAO and save yourself the financial and mental stress and don't do business with these shady snakes!

Slimshady dealership - Lookout/ Buyer beware

Sent a friend to look @ car for me, he drove more than 100 miles, waisting his time and fuel - to look @ a specific car . Not only was the car NOT where they said it was, it couldn't start, they claim they misplaced the key, it had a flat tire, and it was dirty In know way did it reflect / or give the impression that it was a good car or a reputable dealership
