Still waiting for them to approve the financing on the

Still waiting for them to approve the financing on the 2022 mini cooper countryman,even with a co-signer..... Someone told me they were turn down by this place and they are now driving Mecedes Ben's from drivetime.....I am approved with Jeff Wylers for a 2023 nissan rogue, but still want the mini coop. Will get nissan if mini financing doesn't work out.This experience has been a exhausting 3wks. International needs to step up with more financing options.I thought I was in there after pre qualifying & test driving....Drove 30 mints to dealer

Worst buying experience ever!!!

Horable buying experience and will not make that mistake again. took car back to let them make it right but no help after the sale!!!

Beware of this Dealer they have low Review Ratings for Reason don't wait to find out after your purchase. There located 2531 Dixie Hwy Hamilton, OH 45015. This stretch of highway has a lot of Reputable cars dealers and lots to choose from don't get took at INTERNATIONAL AUTO OUTLET .

Bought a nice lifted pickup for my wife at International

Bought a nice lifted pickup for my wife at International Auto a week later she was diagnosed with cancer at this point she couldn't drive anything that was rough riding. I contacted INTERNATIONAL AUTO and asked if we could possibly trade in for another pickup that wasn't lifted. They hesitated but said come and look we was interested in another pickup it was less money but we would have been ok with it for just a trade our lost there gain. I was told I would have to have the truck we had just bought for $13000 looked at and they would tell us what it was worth was told it worth half of what we paid but we could add the balance owed to the other truck of less value. The truck is very nice I wasn't trying to get out of the purchase I told them I just needed to get a different truck. Not having one we liked I offered to just give them the truck back and a $1000 on top for the trouble for them we had even had some things fixed on the pickup at a cost of another $700 dollars these people don't care about compassion or to help another human being only to sale vehicles at any cost. All we looked for and ask was to trade for something else and to be treated fairly. One day you will walk in our shoes and I hope when you look for that help you see your self standing in front of you

Update on a phone call from the GM from International Auto Outlet . This is how they treat you fairly from INTERNATIONAL AUTO OUTLET. The pickup I bought ISN'T WORTH WHAT I PAYED FOR IT plus the GM said we have $1500 in fees . I offered to pay the $1500 and return the pickup today to them just as i offered $1000 before when we could not come to a agreement. the GM said no way that will happen but they are more than happy for me to pick out something on the lot and that they will revaluate the truck because it's NOT WORTH WHAT THEY SOLD IT FOR it took this post for anyone of a higher pay grade to respond not when I drove 2 hours there last week no one cared until now from this post imaging that. this is how they do business pick something off the lot we can work something out I'm sure any of the remaining balance on the new purchase from the pickup that's NOT WORTH WHAT WE SOLD IT TO YOU FOR will be added to the new purchase price of the vehicle I'm going to pick out that's not going to be WORTH WHAT I PAY FOR AGAIN but there helping me out When all we wanted to do was trade this back for something of equal value or return the pickup and give them the $1500 that the GM is so worried about. I was told if I didn't like it and didn't come there to pick out something else he would have no option but to respond back..Respond none of this was ever about the truck or money. You showed your tryed colors

I inquired about a truck they had for sale, specifically an f150 raptor. Truck is almost 4 hours from me so of course I wanted more photos and information before making the drive. Salesman I was emailing told me management says they don’t have to send any extra photos and I can gladly pay to have a ppi done, but either way requires me driving hours for a possible turd. It’s a shame because I’m ready to purchase the truck, but they must not want my business!

Beware

Paid 14k for trax had lil over a month already needs water pump theromostat w housing and water outlet housing I ask bout my tilte said they sent in 4/28 never received it had go get one from dmv

Do yourself a favor; stay far away.

Dealership took an entire week of to produce financing paperwork after being approved/verified by the lender. Nearly sold the care i was interested in out from under me in the process, marked the car up an additional $2,000 on the final paperwork and with a 750 credit score tried to get me to agree to a 25% interest rate.

Please do not go there they took advantage of me ,lied to me to get me to buy a truck from them knowing the title was messed up ,they harassed me degraded me ,I'm legally going to do something about it feel free to contact me Annette leonard
