Looking for a used car and under pressure to find one quickly, Internal Auto Outlet's helpful and patient sales staff listened as we tried several cars (we'd seen on the website). They didn't add to the pressure. Adam made narrowing suggestions and we tried them until finally we landed a great car at a great price.

Terry Hanna did an excellent job working with me on the purchase of my used 2019 Chevy Tahoe. Purchased the vehicle on line from Denver Colorado and she helped me in finding a good independent inspector for the vehicle. She also suggested shippers for the vehicle once purchased. Loan process went well as well.

My father was set to get a vehicle from this establishment with approval and a set date to come and pick up the car because he is in New York and this establishment is located in Ohio they discriminated against him geographically and sold the car behind his back please do not use this outlet terrible service. DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE ! SHADY AND UNRELIABLE. Adam is a con artist!

Hi international auto outlet if you wanna make things right with your community and the people that you serve who thought could trust you and your honesty and your integrity be honest and what yourself I bought a GMC truck on 01-02-21 Within two days I had a dealership tell me I have $2400 of repairs to do on the truck to get the engine light off I paid 24,000 for the truck I know I bought it used and no warranty but you have your opportunity to make this right for the people you serve Families and individuals Who thought they could trust , Do what you want , your the one that has to go to bed with that concussion and answer to God above , thank you .

Great So far so good A little far to drive from Dayton. But there's a small market for E 350 Mercedes wagons in good shape

They truly have the worst service I've ever experienced. They lie about there warranties and never return phone calls. I would not refer them to the anyone. SERIOUSLY!!! "BUYER BEWARE "!!!!!!

Let me be clear since this terrible dealership decided to respond to my review with lies. Never once did I offer them anything or even speak with anyone in regards to their terribly inaccurate ridiculously over priced Excursion that currently sits on their lot. If I could post picture on here I would of taken lots while I was there to show the hilarious inaccurate description of this vehicle. The front bumper had a massive dent in the middle of it and the whole front bumper had rust showing through it all over. Rockers and rear corner of the cab have rust on them too. Sun faded paint was present on the roof and other places as well. And those are just the few things I noticed right away not going into more detail. This is how they have it listed on cars.com “2005 Ford Excursion EDDIE BAUER --- 4 DDOR SUV/SPORT UTILITY ---- 6.0L TURBO DIESEL BULLET PROOF -- YOU WILL NOT FIND A CLEANER EXCURSION -- NO RUST”. This dealership is a joke. Truly look over the vehicles when you get there and you can spot all the crap they aren’t telling you about or are trying to hide. Stay away!! They will do minimum if that to get them out the door.

I drove 50 minutes to look at a specific car. I test drove it and after i tried to negotiate a price with adam, the salesman but the second i told him my dad was buying the car,not me, he gave me his business card and told me to call him when im ready to buy a car. I told him i can literally come back tomorrow with a written check for the full amount of the car but he pushed me away and told me to call him when i was ready. If you shop here, dont go to Adam. I see other bad reviews on here as well.

Looked at 2 trucks in the lot one was in rougher shape then we liked also advertised on cars.com as having navigation and remote start it had neither. 2nd truck had a ratchet strap holding in the gas tank. We left soon as we seen it really look at what ur buying here.

My husband and I were impressed with how efficient the process was for purchasing a transit van. We called and negotiated with Ryan Dixon. We drove there with a check and drove away within 30 minutes of getting there. Best customer service we have experienced in a long time. We appreciate their quality of care in not wasting our time.
