Fantastic Experience
After finding a vehicle I was interested in online, I called to verify its availability. The vehicle was priced thousands less than other area dealers. They had it ready for a look and test drive when I arrived. Louis and David went out of their way to make a great deal happen based on our requirements, including a very fair trade offer. Danny at finance was great, working the final numbers to include a couple of extra options at no further cost. Very pleased and would highly recommend Allen Turner Chevrolet in Crestview!

Scheduled maintenance
Very pleased with the service department in Crestview. We are still trying to pair my iPhone with the voice command feature. GM engineering is supposed to be getting back with us on that.

Great service
Went in for what I thought was a fan belt squeak, mechanic instantly identified it as a manifold problem which is covered by warranty. Provided a very nice loaner vehicle overnight while they repaired my car.

Great Customer Service
Allen Turner makes you feel welcome when you walk in. They are always helpful and every time I come in to have maintenance on my car done, they make me feel important. And the personnel there are not Pushy sales Reps. They Actually care about their customers.

Understaffed, nice service department, poor help up front
Made an appointment one week to get a key fob fixed, less than 36k miles on the car. Told Doyle I assumed it would be under warranty. Doyle was nice and knowledgeable. Also stopped at parts to order some touch of paint for my dad's truck. The next Wed, 10/4, I came in and dropped my key off early. Got a call back same day(VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT). said it was ready but I needed to come back with my car to get it reprogrammed. I showed up the next morning and spoke with, I believe her name was Mindy? She said I needed to go to parts dept window. Nobody there for about 10 minutes. you could tell people were in the back but no one seemed to want to man the desk. When I got someone to come up there I mentioned the paint, but regarding the key he said I needed to go back to Mindy. They found the key up there, then took the car back at 8:02. I asked how long it would take and she said Twenty minutes. An hour and a half later, they were finishing up with my car, the guy who worked on it came up to talk to me, bigger guy with a beard, nicest guy in the world. Explained to me that there was a problem and they got it worked out. I mentioned, during the hour and a half wait that I work in sales for a living, and that their department was understaffed, and people didn't seem to want to help. She said thank you, that she agreed. I feel like she didn't present herself to me as someone that wanted to go find out why my car was taking so long. She just wanted to sit at her stool behind her computer and not be helpful. I am a Christian, newly enveloped in my faith, and I am not trying to hurt anyone's job or anything, but the people that actually worked on the car were friendly and helpful. But the people that work at the parts desk didn't seem to want to be helpful, and the girl at the service desk was not very helpful at all. Even Doyle from the week before, was pretty good with his service. Then they tried to charge me, at which point the girl went outside to speak with the manager, then came back in and didn't charge me. I am sorry, but I expect customer service from a professional organization than the girl that worked at the front desk.

Oil change service
Very quick service friendly staff and pleasant waiting area to include WiFi. Also received a military discount which was greatly appreciated. The coffee and donuts were a real plus

Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish
I just want to rave about my experience. My sales person was Eddie. He was beyond outstanding. Nice and kind! We started late Thursday night. Everyone stayed late. He called me the next day, and I came in Friday after lunch, a proud new car to me owner. This was my first time buying from Award, and you made a customer for life. I have never had such a fun experience. THIS is the prime example of how car buying should be. Thank you for an amazing experience.
