Louis was the sales representative that helped us find our perfect car. We knew exactly what we wanted going in and how much we were able to afford. After working with the guys at Allen Turner, we were able to trade in our old car at a good rate and drive off the lot in the exact car we wanted at the price we wanted! Overall, great service and care. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to deal with the pushy sales reps who try to get you into a car you can't afford!

I live out of town and communicated with Brad prior to my visit, he was extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed prior to my visit- buying a car is not my favorite thing to do but this was the easiest experience I've had! Everyone was very professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. I left very happy with my purchase. Thanks to Brad and the staff for making my experience a positive one!

The experience was excellent. Very easy to deal with, asked the price, made the offer and the deal was done. Really nice folks and all professional. Bought the used car for my 16 yr old son. It was like new. One thing, the handle that adjusts the seat was missing the covering, so the handle is just a bare piece of metal. I bought the car the first week of July and called the following day to see if we could get this cover for this handle. Spoke with the salesman and he said he would get back with me. Yet to hear from anyone on this handle. It is now 10/2017. Things like this, can easily make a customer feel that once the money is paid, and you drive off, " Mr who?, needed what? That " one thing" has soured the whole thing. Not sure if any warranty applied, suppose really should have purchased the Ford from Ford. Has some service work set, but cancelled it. Do not know what that was about, and do not recall being told to expect it. I got a good deal on a nice car. I would gladly tell that to anyone. The handle, a small thing, was a "big" thing.

Ms Liz was a great help an did everything she could to put me in a new truck. It was my first new truck. Thank you ms Liz for all your hard work on my behalf. Please shop at Allen Turner you will enjoy your experience and there staff

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I PERSONALLY DEALT WITH MEGAN AND SHE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME WHEN SHE HAD AN ANSWER AND SHE DID. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE.
