RUN away DO NOT purchase from Supreme Ford in Slidell. The service after the sale is horrible. Once they hook you on the sale you are done. Dont expect any service afterwards. You can call, leave voicemails and they dont call you back and do not assist you with what you need. I have been trying for over a month to get something taken care of. Come to find out today nothing was ever done. Tried calling them to find out why and no body is "available". You leave voicemails and they don't call you back.

HORRIBLE Took my Escape there 3 times to get same problem...

HORRIBLE Took my Escape there 3 times to get same problem fixed while vehicle was under warranty but they never fixed it. Third time tech told me to call Ford customer service, which I did and was given a number to take to service manager so Ford engineers could work with dealership to finally find the problem. Took information to service manager and was told I should not have done that, take car to another dealership, they couldn't fix it!! A year later and 5 trips to 2 different dealerships my 2017 car is sitting dead in my driveway and now that the warranty is expired all Ford can say is take it to a dealership and get it fixed - at my expense of course. I would advise anyone...everyone to stay away from this place. If you need repairs, support your local businesses and pay half the price. If you are looking for a car, there are dozens of other dealerships!

The kind of dealer that gives used car dealers a bad name

This is a classic, old fashioned scam the customer dealership. The kind that give used car dealers a bad name. I purchased a car there. Highlights: -- make us wait an hour while a shill looked at the truck we were interested in and pressured to buy it before she did -- waited 90 minutes for the truck to supposedly be detailed. As soon as it rained it looked like a zebra---that truck hadn't ever been detailed. -- wiper not properly installed flew off mid road trip -- lucky to find an open store within a few miles or else we'd have had to get a hotel -- $500 wheel bearing failed a few weeks later. -- multiple emails and calls to explain this horrible experience, to multiple people including sales manger---no response at all. I'D STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A USED VEHICLE HERE. IF YOU DO, BEWARE.

Scammed.......

Treated rudely,charge for item didn't want

On 02/14/2020 my wife and I were assisting our daughter, Megan Otwell, in purchasing a car from Supreme Ford of Slidell as we were paying part of the purchase price. After she decided to purchase the vehicle and the paperwork was finished, I was looking over the paperwork and I saw a charge of $495.00 for auto-guard theft insurance. I told the salesman, Jeffery Vice , that I did not want this insurance and to deduct this from the amount owed. He went to get the sales manager who then came and told us that it was a mandatory charge and we would have to pay it or not purchase the vehicle. We did pay it and purchase the vehicle, but we did not receive details about this policy until after the purchase was finalized. The MAXIMUM Benefit is $2,000.00 on a total loss. I had to pay $495.00 for insurance that I will only receive a maximum of $2,000.00. Had I known this from the very beginning I would have not bought the car. I feel this is a scam and that I should been presented with all the details from the very beginning.

I bought two vehicles in 2014. I still own the F250 King Ranch. This facility has done all maintenance and repairs since purchase. I have always been treated respectfully. And special. I thank the Service Mgr. As well as previous writer Alli and current writer Me Mc Queen. Thank you!!!

Awesome experience!

Everyone should buy a car here! I had wonderful customer service and was in and out in no time! Everyone I spoke with was very informed, and they gave me a great deal on my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car!
