I was looking through car guru's at a stressful time - My A4 Avant had just been totaled and I wanted the same car again. Jack Daniels Audi had the right car, negotiated on the price with me and was patient while the insurance company did a lousy job of settling the claim. It made a painful experience into a great one. I purchased my Audi A5 in 2014. This rating is mainly for the electrical expert Arthur. He is really awesome! I updated my phone to a iPhone 6s and I was having trouble with connecting my phone to the Audi infotainment system. I had saved Arthur's phone number in my phone from when I first purchased my car last year. I called him up to ask him questions about how to set up my phone so that it would play music. We were having difficulties completing it over the phone so he kindly offered for me to come by his house and he would fix the problem. Now I don't know about you but there are not many dealers that have people such as Arthur that will go out of their way to make sure that your product works and you are happy. He fixed my phone connection to my car in less then 15 minutes and even gave me additional tricks and pointers that my car can do. He really is awesome and I'm not just saying that! He made himself available to help me when he did not have to and I really appreciated it. Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus really hires people that will go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy which means a lot. We were shopping around for a certified pre-owned Audi A4. We called several dealers and the best prices we were given was at Jack Daniels Audi Paramus. That was what initially brought us through the door. Once there we couldn't believe the customer service we received. It was top notch! They really went the extra mile. We couldn't get to the dealership to do a test drive for the second car so they brought it to our house. They made it easy and a pleasurable experience to buy a car. We wound up buying 2 certified preowned cars within one month. Ask for Tal Vander - he is the best. We also would highly recommend Charlie Roller and Arthur Nicholson. Really the entire dealership is filled with great people - a pure joy to work with!!

I bought my first Audi from another dealership a few years ago. I was ready to upgrade and ended up at this location. Tal went above and beyond my expectations, I ended up with a great deal and a great car. I admit it was a bit more technologically advanced than what I am used to and he had no qualms about having me run back to the dealership and sit with me for another hour to teach me how to use all the features. I am really looking forward to driving my new A3 for a few years then definitely going right back to Audi Paramus for my next car (by then I am sure these things will drive themselves).

We were slow cautious buyers of our new Audi CPO. Despite multiple trips back to the dealer, Tal Vander was forever patient during the sale process and multiple discussions. No pressure and he knows his Audi vehicles inside and out as well as competitors. Coming to a final price was fair. I actually drove 3 hours from Delaware to meet with Henry. He was as amiable in person, as he was on the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. In a short period of time, I had purchased my new Audi A3, and was ecstatic. I then met with Adam in financing, who was also very pleasant, and made the usually overwhelming part of car buying...painless. I was very happy with my financing. I recently (August 2015) leased a new Audi Q5 from Jack Daniels Paramus. I actually used Dealrater.com to do research on what sales person I wanted to work with. After much research I reached out to Tal Vander in sales. At my appointment the next day, Tal explained so many features about Audi as a company, as a car, as a service team and many safety bells and whistles on the audi that I didn't know about--he knew his product from A to Z. Beyond product knowledge, Tal really took the time to ask questions about what I wanted in a car and what was important to me. On our test drive he stopped in to the service building to introduce me to the gang which I thought was an added touch. The Audi Q5 drove like a dream. Tal found the model version and color I wanted and made sure I was happy and satisfied throughout the experience, including with the price. His follow up was timely and professional for my car to be delivered. Met with Arthur to go over every feature- he knows his stuff and is very patient especially with all the new technology. Met with Adam in finance which was the most painless, easy signing process ever. This is my first Audi and it will not be my last because of Tal, Arthur and Adam. I bought a used vech which turned out to have big problems Jack Daniel's would not fix the problem nor would the warranty company Axiom they gave me with the purchase. The warranty company never fixed anything and never answers there phone ,went to Bbb the dealership would not help or work with me no results next step consumer affairs . don't buy anything from this sneaky dealer ship
