Gent did a wonderful job in the sales process. He helped us understand the different options, and even had a Q5 that was the exact color combination we wanted (but at a lower trim level) brought up so we could feel confident in our color choices. He then found the *exact* car we wanted and had it brought over within a week. The second best thing, beside Gent, was the fact that the entire finance and signing process took *literally* 28 minutes. That, followed by a quick (and equally wonderful) tech overview of the car, and we were on the road less than an hour from when we showed up to take delivery. That's something that *has never happened.*

I must say working with David was amazing. While I was first turned off from the dealership based on the pricing that was displayed on the website, David turned that right around. I feel like I got an amazing deal on my car and he made sure that the experience was pleasant. While most of the process was done through email and behind the scenes, it was all truly taken care of. I was coming out of a lease on a different vehicle from a different make and he made that lease return was as easy for me as possible as well. I kept my car parked at your dealership on Sunday and expected to return on Monday (today) to take the car to the other dealer and get a ride back to your dealership to get back to my new car. In order to make it that much easier on me, David offered to complete the lease return on my behalf. While I didn�t expect that, it was a major relief and had a feel as though he was willing to roll out the red carpet for this first time Audi buyer.

Manny is the best! Very attentive and will make sure you drive off in the perfect car for you. This is my second lease through Manny and I have left extremely happy both times!
