Bad experience

Walked in to look at 2 used cars I had emailed about. Was given incorrect information about one and steered to a new car. After a test drive was brought inside Tried to sell me a new car. Never once paying attention to my request for used. I had an offer from a competitor for my trade that was nearly 3,000 more that what they offered and when I pressed for a used car they lowered their offer. Never again.

Excellent transaction!

Worked with General Manger Mr. Tal Vander. Everything done remotely.Mr. Vander is the consummate professional. Also, Service Manager Ms.Simpson was terrific to work with,too.A pleasure to work with them.

As a Medical doctor my time is valuable an limited . I was very disappointed in being told one thing then another when I arrived. I spoke to a gentleman named Mark Mclay with my frustrations an he seemed to have a snobby personality towards me, perhaps because I was simple dressed not realizing who I was an perhaps assumed I didn’t have money to buy the a Audi R8 . Which I’m more than capable of just wanted to take advantage of the zero percent . The interaction I had with him made me purchase somewhere else . Very disappointed. I will be sure to beep an wave if I see him .

Henry was fantastic. I wanted the truck and upgrades other dealerships couldn’t find it. Henry was tenacious to find me the car and he did. Was great from beginning to end. Excellent experience I would fully recommend Henry anytime

Highly recommend!

Luis Perez at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus was very honest and helpful. He was always prompt to respond to our phone calls or texts and was a pleasure to work with. We love our A7 and would highly recommend seeing Luis at Audi Paramus!

Awesome service. Got new new lease completed quickly...

Awesome service. Got new new lease completed quickly which oncluded updating my insurance details. They were also very aware and had processes in place to protect againt COVID-19. Very friendly too.
