I needed it simple. Simple is exactly what I got.

I knew which car I wanted, and Kim helped me get through the process of buying that car with minimum hassle. I don't do crowds, and I detest the car buying experience as a rule. Kim steered me through it in such a way that afterwards, I called my wife and told her "I think I just bought a car". I've never had a better, more relaxed car buying experience, and I will recommend Jack Daniels, and Kim Medina, to anyone looking to do the same.

Audi A5

Manny was very responsive. Proactively called me when I had cars he thought I would be interested in. Was very patient and understanding. Helped educated me on the vehicles and was very helpful overall.

Excellent Experience for Manhattan car shopper

This was the single best car buying experience I have...

This was the single best car buying experience I have ever had. Luis Perez gave incredible service and attention without cheesy or annoying pressure. Most importantly , once I decided I would like to buy the car - I showed up and was literally in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes!!!! Seriously, 15 minutes! AMAZING! I would highly recommend doing business with Luis and the Audi team again! This was my first Audi purchase but will not be the last. Thanks again for the “great” Customer Service.

Bad experience

Walked in to look at 2 used cars I had emailed about. Was given incorrect information about one and steered to a new car. After a test drive was brought inside Tried to sell me a new car. Never once paying attention to my request for used. I had an offer from a competitor for my trade that was nearly 3,000 more that what they offered and when I pressed for a used car they lowered their offer. Never again.
