I knew what I wanted from the start and my sales person, Gent, did not pressure me nor flood me with phone calls. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with the information that I needed. I love the Q3 which is why I selected another one. I told Gent I did not want to receive tons of phone calls and he took care of that for me. It was a very easy process and no one was a "pain" to deal with.
