No pressure sales effort let the new Cayenne speak for itself. After dropping off my 2016 version, the sales rep took me for a test drive in the new version. I had intentions on moving to Range Rover, but after the test drive and learning of the new features, the sales rep convinced me the better vehicle for the price was the Cayenne. The whole staff at JDP could not have been more helpful. The finance manager was also very professional and knowledgable - a pleasure to deal with, unlike most dealerships I have dealt with. The overall experience was very positive.

I would like to acknowledge my salesman, Marty Field. He was a consummate professional during the process of assisting me with the custom build for my vehicle. He made several suggestions that I would have overlooked; I am grateful for his expertise. In addition, Davis Chais also made a few recommendations which I followed. As this was the first time I custom ordered a vehicle, I was happy to have the input (It is my 2nd Porsche). In addition, I would also like to give credit to Noah Field. This gentleman was able to show me colors/ options/ features on the car. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions. I can not recommend this dealership highly enough.

I’ve had numerous cars and all leased with various dealerships. I also come from an industry (travel industry) where customer service and knowledge are super important so it’s not uncommon for me to look at other business and see how they operate in sales/ customer service/ knowledge. Previous to walking into Jack Daniels Porsche I had absolutely no knowledge and in fact only walked into Porsche cause my boyfriend raved about it. The second we walked in we were greeted by NOAH and Marty. Noah greeted us with the biggest warm smile and eager to help. Both myself and my boyfriend were so impressed that we decided to make an appointment to test drive. The day of the test drive once again we were greeted by NOAH and both NOAH and myself were super excited to test drive. After test driving the MACAN I was sold. Noah took us on a tour of the facility and his knowledge / passion was beyond impressive and I tend to gravity to people who have passion. Many times that I have purchased cars there was this sense of pushiness and the dealer wanting to just close the deal and move on. This was definitely not the case there was this sense of SERVICE from the HEART and Marty / Noah wanting to get to know me and just get me into a car that I was happy with. They took their time to go over the inventory and really wanted me to walk away with the car that I love which I did. I commend David, Marty and his team in creating this friendly and inviting atmosphere. I also commend NOAH for bringing Service from the Heart to JACK Daniels. He is certainly a diamond in a rough. I've used 4 different Porsche dealerships in NY area and I always come back to Jack Daniels. Porsche-philes, especially 911 owners, can be very picky and hard to work with. Gursh knows what we want and is able to deliver. He let me take all the time I needed, answer all the questions, test drive all I wanted and in the end, he was able to deliver on a great new 911 that is simply phenomenal. They are all friendly and helpful - my little boy even got a few nice Porsche swag so he is happy too! It took me over a year to find my new car and Gursh stuck with me the whole way. I think most would've called it quits a long time ago.
