So, I had made an appointment to check out a Panamera 4s. I was driving from NY and Ernest stayed he leaves work at 5pm ( which was incorrect). Anyways I reach the dealership, the car is not there. Ernest was uncouth in his attitude towards me and had no interest in telling me more about the product. I hope the dealership realizes customers like me keep them in business.

Sales Unit is being excellent, but Service Unit needs improvements. The management, salesman, finance being very helpful. They are being very professional. No any pressure toward the purchase on a customer.
