Didn't have it for a 4months and already done.

The buying process was smooth because I already had the money upfront from my insurance company although they were trying to shove the high warranty down my throat and I now I know why. Its only been 4 months and the transmission is already acting up. A month after getting the van we drove to VA and the engine light came on and the shop said it was the knock sensor. I got the knock sensor changed but it wasnt just that it was the torque converter shift solenoid. In the process of dealing with that we had to deal with the transmission fluid and found that there was only a quart of transmission fluid in it. Idk if that was because the transmission fluid was burning because the issues or it was because it didnt have enough fluid in it in the first place. All I know is I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership and it had all these issues out the gate.. I was replacing my 2010 Honda Odyssey that had gotten totaled in an accident and it had more mileage on it than this one and had nowhere near these amount of problems. The battery was also bad.

Kyle was absolutely amazing.

Kyle was absolutely amazing. I was in need of a replacement part for my car that I was unable to get. I shared my situation with Kyle and he went out of his way to solve the problem. I am so grateful.

Don’t buy from them! Fraudulent!!

I purchased a car in 2022 and within ONE day the check engine warning light appeared. The next day, the car wouldn’t start. I took the car to a licensed mechanic who ran a computer check and found a serious engine problem. The dealer refused to repair or replace the car.

Purchasing a used car

I want to thank Kyle and Anthony and all the staff for all their help in financing my car. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. I would refer anyone to them. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot 5 speed transmission which are hard to find

I picked a car I bought up on Friday, 14 Jan 2022 and...

I picked a car I bought up on Friday, 14 Jan 2022 and brought it to my local mechanic and the car has a long list of things wrong with it. The car isn’t drive able. I wouldn’t ever go back to this dealership or recommend them to anyone:

We were dealt with curtiously, and in a good business...

We were dealt with curtiously, and in a good business manner. We had a clean and pleasant lounge to do our transaction. All members of their staff greeted us cheerfully. My son bought a Chevy Aveo from them. Even though it was a half an hours drive from our home, we will definitely consider going back there for future business.

Excellent service. Great cars. Expect normal fees.

Hi everyone! I just bought a Chevy Cruze here for $5,000. The parking lot was rather full but did not cause us any trouble. The salesman was polite and friendly. The $800 of taxes and fees was more than I expected but i suppose that's life! Good Luck!
