BEWARE: Online prices can be misleading as evidenced by the small print; "**Price does not include tax, tags, registration, $799 Processing Fee (not required by law), and optional HPO certification (not required by law)." However, the so-called 'optional HPO certification' is already done on most vehicles and is no longer 'optional.' Hence, you must pay extra ($1k or more) for the 'optional HPO certification' if you want that car you saw online. Recently arrived vehicles that haven't gone thru the 'optional' certification may actually be optional but that excludes most of the cars on their lot. .This is not a rating for their sales staff.

I called the dealership the day I found the car online to schedule a test drive, and they confirmed its availability and my appointment time immediately. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the staff and the car was ready for me to review right away. I received quality, personable, knowledgeable, and no-pressure service from Cole, who was also able to beat my offer for a similar vehicle from another dealership. The dealership has a great selection of vehicles, an exceptional certification process, and I was in-and-out with the keys to my new car in under 90 minutes. While the car is pre-owned, the value added by the dealership makes it feel brand new.

The dealer has a wide variety of pre-owned vehicles, they are very friendly people and make sure to all your questions. The process is easy and they don't push you to buy.

I called the dealership and told them I wanted to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived there, I was greeted and helped very quickly. I test drive 3 cars and when I was ready to purchase one, it went very smoothly. I had financing already from my credit union but it was closed and the finance officer got me the same deal through another credit union, even in Pa. My car was detailed and I took it home the same day. I was called a few days later to see how I liked my car. Heads up to my salesman, Roman and to Kiran, the sales manager for being knowledgeable, polite and explaining everything to me. I will definitely do business with them again.

Expectations were met. The are a professional organization and I would recommend anyone who looking for a car to check out this place

Beware of the added fees. There was an added $3k inspection fee that was not optional but was not included in the listed price. I spoke with Justin and when the OTD was 5k more than I had expected he was really condescending and kept repeating you wanted to pay 15k for a 15k car. the photos show just some of the small things that were missed in this inspection, as well as dry rotted tires, which Justin told me was dirt. After walking away from the sale, Justin had a small tantrum but loudly crumpling my paperwork and throwing it out. As i was leaving someone shouted at me " wait where are you going without your car". I hate car shopping like most people, so hopefully seeing this is helpful if you decide to visit this dealership

Hampstead preowned is the best dealership I,ve ever worked with. They did a great job and got everything I asked for and got me the best truck I was looking for .
