3 Years ago, I purchased my 2015 Avalon from this dealer.

3 Years ago, I purchased my 2015 Avalon from this dealer. They have not seen or touched the car since. Recently I found a new entry on carfax stating they did service on the car on April 26th. I contacted them and their service director or manager I forget at this point. But he told me that they had a "CAMRY" with an identical VIN" (a lie no two cars have similar or identical vins) that the camry was in for service and it came up as my Avalon and they voided the transaction but Carfax picked it up anyway. He promised to contact carfax to remove this entry but it still remains. My car now has an additional 40,000+ miles on its carfax that it did not before and that the car its self does NOT have. ODOMETER FRAUD people. and I will be contacting the DMV next!!!

Long term but no longer a customer

Would give less than 1 star if possible for the service department. Can't trust what they say about what is wrong with the car, potentially leading to very expensive repairs. Had to pay $140.00 for as assessment of the check light which they reset and will now have to find some other place to do the repairs since don't trust their very expensive assessment($4900 or more). I have had issues there before with suggested repairs that seemed unnecessary years ago. The car is still running but I had it towed-away from the dealership, to be careful. The tow driver agreed that he doesn't think the diagnosis is correct. Also you will wait forever for service with or without an appointment. I am very disappointed and not sure what to do but will not be returning to this dealership. I originally bought my car here. Long term, but no longer a customer

This review is late but not intentionally.

This review is late but not intentionally. I purchased my 2023 Camry XSE on Monday April 3, 2023. James was my salesman who was very nice and helpful, plus, he helped me get my car home since I live so far away. It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the names of the other people I worked with, but I don't think they liked me much since I did not purchase any extras, sorry. Love my car, such a smooth ride plus I feel I have a reliable car for many years to come. Yes, I will recommend Toyota of Redlands.

Had a pretty decent experience.

Had a pretty decent experience. The salesman I first talked to was kinda throwing me for a loop, but I came back a week later to get a different one assigned to us. That was a gamble as the car I had intended to buy was a good deal, and I could've missed it. Natalie was awesome and very patient with us when we came back. JR was able to get me the payment I wanted by working the numbers. Overall, it was a good experience. The car is fabulous, was very clean and felt brand new when I got it. It is such a relief to have had a stress free experience.

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Hybrid from this

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Hybrid from this dealership. While it went well when Oscar handled the initial stages of the transaction: locating and reserving an acceptable vehicle. The final sales stage was very unpleasant. The "CLOSER", James, the sales representative who was assigned the final negotiations, packed the offer sheet with an outrageous figure for extras, that he presented to me to be part of the deal. It was up to me to identify and to reject them. In essence, I felt that I was being "hustled". Though I concluded the sale, it was an extremely poor opinion of that salesperson in particular, and the dealership as a whole. I brought all of this by e-mail to the dealership's General Sales Manager Mr. Cooney and received a vanilla response, in essence,"Thanks for the information, we'll bear it in mind.". Despite lauding themselves for customer satisfaction, this car dealer's lack of "transparency" would make me think very hard about buying another car from this them. Overall, on a scale of 1-10, ten being best, 1 would be generous.

Since my previous review, Toyota of Redlands Management has stepped forward and recognized that my dissatisfaction was a result a result of misunderstandings and miscommunications with their sales representative. Much to the credit of their management team, apologies and adjustments have been made by Toyota of Redlands to the satisfaction of all. Redlands Toyota followed through in good faith as befits the quality organization that it is.

The best dealer I have been to.

The best dealer I have been to.. I was assisted by Patrick in the service department, who took the time to go above and beyond to answer all my questions. He had such patience extremely respectful and knowledgeable.. He took the time to show to me , what was wrong with my vehicle part by part. I even got to meet the mechanic Travis who was also just AMAZING.. Thank you for your outstanding customer service but most of all for being honest… Lori was also so helpful in assisting me when I arrived. Thank you..

Brandon and Devon were my contacts.

Terrible. I went to look at a advertised car and trade in my car. I accepted everything. Didn't even negotiate price. They knew I wanted to buy the car and while I was with finance actively test driving with other customers. Then pro essing financing as well at see time. Very unprofessional. Will never do business here again. I bought a new car last year no problem. Gave them a 5. Now. Minus 10 oh I could. They sold car to other party. I was told by Brandon whoever finishes paperwork first gets the car.
