DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF IT'S A FAR DRIVE. THEY WILL SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE ONCE YOU GET THERE.We made a solid deal over the phone due to my 100 mile drive, informed them the day of when I was leaving my house, after I left and my ETA, even when I was 15 min away. Showed up to dealership , test drove the car and sat down for paperwork , when the manager "Bobby" informed me that car just sold, then tried to fix the problem with a year older car in not as good condition , the wrong color and it was scratched all over. He tried to get me to pay the same as the one I agreed on , I gave them a price we felt good with . $800 less then what they wanted. He was a firm NO, so we left to drive 100 miles back home. Then had the nerve to call me 20 min after I left to say they would do the price I wanted . I was already 15 miles away and wasted 6 hours of my Saturday. We were fed up with the shady dealing .

Last month I purchased a truck from Valley-Hi, and the experience was overall pretty decent. After the fact, I found myself testing the features of my new truck (like anyone would), and one in particular I cannot get to work. A safety feature called steering assist, or something of the like, thats supposed to auto-correct drifting into lanes. I later found out via an e-mail about features, that this is not included. I immediately contacted the salesman, and he admits to unknowingly stating that it does include something it does not. Now, I don't blame him for that as I'm sure its easy to get features mixed up when you're selling numerous cars. However, I do take issue with how it was handled after the fact. I contacted the GM of sales, requesting some sort of compensation for the lie, whether intentional or not, and he seems to sound glad to help me with some other add-on. He says he'd call me right back, then vanishes. I let a few days pass and contact the salesman again to see if he can check in on it, and no response. Any calls to the GM, voicemails left, do not get returned. Last night I e-mailed the head of customer service, and no response yet again. I'm assuming I'll hear some excuse about how someone wasn't working that day, or blah, blah blah. I'm now in touch with a lawyer to see what can be done as misinformation in car sales is a huge no-no. Buyer beware. I'd recommend going down the hill if you really want a Toyota.

Went in for service and ended upgrading to the new 2018 Camry. It’s truly the most beautiful car I have ever owned. Thanks Gabe for showing me all the features. He even offered to help me download all my info from my phone. I will be taking him up on that offer
