I Had Transmission oil leak problem that this dealership unable to figured out to fix it right for the first time . I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer, XLT... model from this dealership. I Can't believe it took me to come back three to five times before they 'll be able to figured out which parts failure needs to be corrected. This were the dates when i took my vehicle back to this dealership: 1.) April 18, 2018 2.) April 19, 2018 3.)June 29, 2018- Trans. Tech. not available due to on vacation. 4.) July 10 2018 5.)August 14, 2018 - Finally figured out which parts they need to replace. The Service Manager Kyle Klein was so unprofessional in dealing with me. Never called me as he promised. never returned my calls. I think this guy was just playing games with me and i really do not have time for that. This Trans. oil leak complaint i had is really an easy fix. I've been a Mechanic for 16 years. If Ford Mechanics really know how to fix this vehicle, they should ordered that new trans. dipstick the very first time i had my complaint. I should not be coming back five times wasting my time just for this issue. I don't really know if this dealership know how to fix cars. If this Fritts Ford really want to stay in business, They should hire qualified People starting from Mechanics , Service advisors with good customer service, to Service manager. Well, Since they installed a new trans. dipstick last August 14, 2018. I don't see any trans. oil leak or seepage so far. I hope they finally fix the problem for now. I'm not sure yet. Bottomline of this, I am not really a happy customer of this dealership, except for the Sales Department i will give them a good credit.

Finding out about a design flaw on my 2017 Transit cut off was disheartening. Ford chose to use the cheapest Suspension knowing Thor would be adding weight... that would reach capacity before the consumers personal cargo is irresponsible and inconsiderate and down right sneaky.
They are the best, Great customer service , they take time to listen to your needs . And are very friendly people .

I had to drive past our local dealership to Fritts Ford. The reason was because of their determination to get me the best deal and quality service, and... they had the car and truck that I was looking for. The people are great and very helpful, especially when your vehicle needs service. It is quick and done right. Great place to get you car or truck repaired. I have had all my cars and my truck repaired and serviced here for the last year and a half and had great... service from the quick lane employees every time.
