I had an unpleasant experience with salesmen named Emil at Toyota of Riverside. I bought 2020 Tacoma, and I thought I was going to pay the Original MSRP Sticker price, but I ended up paying more than that, $2,800 more because there was another market adjustment sticker on the vehicle according to the salesman which I did not see it and he did not mention it. This is not the way to do business, I feel cheated and angry. So I called him the next day after the purchase, and he start swearing that the markup sticker was on the vehicle, and he promised that he will make it up on my next purchase, which is not going to happen.

I thought I was paying the original MSRP sticker price of the vehicle but I financed way more than that because another market adjustment sticker which supposedly on the vehicle but I did not see it, and the salesperson Emil DID NOT mention it, therefore I signed my finance documents without realizing I was paying way more than the original MSRP price of the vehicle. In my opinion, it is not a good way to do business, and I truly believe that it is not ethical even though it may be legal. When I called the salesperson to discuss the matter, he start swearing (every 10 sec) that the additional market adjustment sticker was on the vehicle, and he promised to make it up on my next purchase. I feel cheated, and angry, because I went to Toyota Of Riverside, especially for Emil, as a recommendation of my co-worker, but I realize that I made a huge mistake.

Accommodating and efficient. Within minutes of calling, Mehdi was able to provide the information that I required to make a purchase decision. Upon arrival at the dealership, he attended to our needs and beyond. Great guy!
