I had a good experience getting my car services at Moss. I thought I needed a more expensive repair, but David explained that my car does not need that particular service as often as listed in a generic service list.

My experience with A/C repair at Moss Bros Honda
Took vehicle in for repair of air A/C. Mechanic determined Compressor needed to be replaced. I agreed and the part was ordered received and installed the next day. Service advisor kept me informed of progress. I believe the information he gave me was thorough and honest. I liked that. The dealer gave me a free ride home. The cost of the repair was reasonable and in fact less than I had expected. I am grateful for the knowledge and efficiency of the mechanic. The A/C still works great. I was happy with the service. Have also received great service in the past. Next time I need repair will be going to this dealer again.
