The buying process was straight forward, no pressure, but

The buying process was straight forward, no pressure, but took way too long. I think I was in the dealership for 4 hours. It took about an hour to look at the truck and agree upon the price.

Everyone at DCH is helpful, friendly and professional! Our salesperson, Dennis Shoup helped us with the purchase of our Grand Cherokee. He assisted us with selecting the SUV that was right for us. No high pressure or lengthy process. He and the team were organized and efficient. The GM Kelly Schmidt runs a great dealership, they’re a solid team. I would highly recommend DCH Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge! We love our new car.

Lowest offer for our like new Ram truck. Spewing over the phone we beat everyone’s offer we offer the most, yet you offer 18k lower than Kelly blue book. Would have had a customer for life but now you have someone who will always make sure to not recommend your dealership.

Everything was good with the purchase until the finance

Everything was good with the purchase until the finance person didn't help me after the purchase. Greg, the sales person was very good. I asked the the finance person for some help, which he could have helped me with, but he said that "the dealership doesn't help with these things after you purchase the car". After waiting in line and talking to the DMV i was told the dealership was the only place i could get done because i didn't have the title yet. Hopefully that is not the way they handle other after purchase requests...

Great experience!!!

Just got done purchasing a 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Greg and Ryan. Truck is amazing and the price was right. I was in and out in 1 hour driving my truck off the lot. Also For those people writing reviews complaining about the additional cost of a vehicle… you LIVE IN CALIFORNIA! It’s taxes… act like you have been here before. Thank you Greg and Ryan for all you hard work!

Unethical dealer practices

The dealer had a car on the internet for $17400 on the test drive the sales person that the price did not include a $3000 for add-on for eched glass, a battery replacement program and door guards. The price is $20,400., what a joke. Poor dealer practices.

We left another dealership because we did not like our

We left another dealership because we did not like our sales guy. When we came in JD greeted us with enthusiasm and respect. He asked us a few question's about what we want and he led us to our 2022 Jeep Wrangler. It has everything we want and more. We had a great time and there was no hassle or pressure.

Terrible customer service

I bought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee. I wanted white they brought me a silver one. It was delivered it to my house. I called the salesman out on the color difference. He said there was no white one. I bought the silver one. I paid cash but they screwed up the contract. They said they would send me the corrected contract to sign. They told me to sign and send back and they would send me copies Its been three weeks and they still havent sent me my paperwork I call and all I get is we will call you back. They havent called. I am going to notify better business bureau. Stay away form this dealership they are not ethical. Once they sell you a car they dont care about you anymore. Terrible customer service.
