Jack, the service writer was courteous and professional.

Jack, the service writer was courteous and professional. He kept me updated about when my car would be ready and everything was done in a timely fashion. The showroom was very nice and clean and other employees there were very nice and friendly.

I took my vehicle in to have it inspected, because my

I took my vehicle in to have it inspected, because my vehicle was still leaking oil after I fixed it, but it took too long to let me know where the leak(s) were coming from, and exact cost for repairs. I called, sent email, left messages. I called manager twice; he did make sure I got a call back, but it was a bit much. Also, had alignment done, my vehicle still pulling. I don't live nearby to take my vehicle back right now, It was there two weeks last time including weekends

I needed to have my car repaired after being rear ended

I needed to have my car repaired after being rear ended on the freeway. David in the collision repair department is the best! The whole experience was so easy and he was so friendly and helpful. Tuttle Click made the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident a little less awful by being so attentive to my needs and getting the job done quickly and as promised. Thank you!

Paul Parsons is the man! Great guy. He helped me get my car fixed and ready the same day which is rare. Thanks again Paul! Mechanic Nick is also incredible and made it possible. Great team.

Car shopping with a newborn…sounds horrible, right? Not with Duncan and the team Tuttle-Click Lincoln. The service and smiles we got from the moment we walked in was nothing short of amazing. They instantly made us feel like family and wanted to go above and beyond to communicate through 3 different trips to find the right car. I always felt that Duncan had our best interest in mind and he texted me the moment the car was delivered onto the lot. The buying experience was a breeze and gave us lots of laughs. We not only became a Lincoln owner that day, we became family. Not an ounce of buyers remorse here and can’t wait to tell others. Thank you for reminding us that great service still exists and for keeping the consumer is in the center of your decisions. Appreciate all of you and especially Duncan! Thank you!
