Went to Duluth Auto Exchange with my wife to look at a few vehicles, the wife is VERY picky... as she should be but she actually found not only ONE but FIVE vehicles she fell in love with we ended up leaving with a 2009 Tahoe that was actually almost done the way she wanted (22" rims, lights, DVD player, chrome trim, etc) which in the long run saved me a bit of money and most ... TIME!!! Thank you so much for the help and the great service guys!!!

The owner was awesome he worked with me even when I got behind on my payments because I lost my job he's stern and plays no games HOWEVER I am thankful what what he has done for me and my family. Eventually I paid the car off so it was a blessing to work with him.

I came in to look at vehicles they let me test drive multiple vehicles and put me in the best vehicle that fit my budget and my needs. They also did not make me feel pressured into buying anything and the cars were in great shape it was truly a good experience and I recommend for everyone to go there to purchase a car. My credit isn't all that great because of some things in the past but,they did not judge me at all nor hold it against me and we're patient and worked with me. Not like most dealerships when they promise you something and you're waiting there for four hours. The process was thorough, professional, not too time consuming and great

The response to the email was quick! Followup was not so great. The price online Cars.com not the same as dealers website. Sales person said it was a Car. com promo listing and to print the ad out and bring it in. No followup to see if still interested in Jeep after 2nd contact. Will visit to see vehicle and do review. Price keeps changing on websites and seems a bit high.

This was by far the greatest experiance i have had in buying a car.. I arrive only 30 mins before closing time on a friday evening and the complete staff stayed after to make sure everything was to my satisfactory... I am very pleased with the ford explorer i got from them and they traded exactly how i had in mind! I would definatly trade or recommend them. Thanks again to the whole staff!!! HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, DROVE FROM ALABAMA TO DELUTH, CAUSE THEY HAD WHAT I WANTED AT A GREAT PRICE.

I believe the big guy name was Novel (or something similar his office is on the left side as soon as you walk in the building)....he expect people to chase him order to know if you got approve or not. We came to the office 4 times in a 2 day period and each time he told us that he did not have time to submit our paperwork....keep in mind we took off from work to get something accomplished so we had no problem just waiting. He ensured us that we he will get it submitted but never did. So we took off again and decided to just sit around on day 3 he finally submitted the paperwork and now we were just waiting on the bank. So we waited 30 mins and still no response from the bank he advised us once he heard something he will get back in touch with us (you know how that went); he never got back in touch with us. We called him back 2 days later and he acted as if nothing happened as if he did not need my business. Due to the length process of trying to get a car we just went to a dealership up the rode who appreciated our business and was able to leave the same day with a car. Would not recommend Duluth Auto Exchange to anyone nor Novel the sales representative.

The best customer service experience i have had in a very long-time...the dealers were very professional and informative...if i ever need to make further purchases i will be returning to Duluth Auto Exchange.
