Great service

There was a problem with my cars transmission . Commonwealth Motors took care of it they gave me a car rental and fixed my car ASAP I was very satisfied . The Service at commonwealth Motors is excellent

Oil change

The woman who greeted me and set my work order up was very friendly and helpful. I had a concern my oil change light reminder wasn't working and she checked and explained it goes off at 10%where I was at 15%. When finished she explained everything that was done and gave me piece of mund..Excellent experience! ! Thanks

Great experience buying online

By far the easiest and and most enjoyable car buying experience we've had in the 7 plus vehicles we've owned. Steve was personable and very helpful.

Pleasant sales experience

No haggle no hassel internet experience. Sales staff very friendly and courteous. Brahma Perez was very knowledgable and made the entire process a pleasant one.

Excellent customer service!

Susan! Susan! Susan! She was wonderful! She greeted me with a smile, and went out of her way to make my visit pleasant. She exemplifies the best in customer service. Also, Helen at the payment window. What a lovely smile, and genuine warmth. Writing a check for over $400 was actually a pleasure!

Great people

Service was awesome. Jeffrey was very helpful and got me the car i really wanted. Very personable and a great guy. Same with the sales managers. Awesome experience and will be back for every car i purchase

Great Service

I went into Commonwealth knowing what I want and knowing what information I needed to make a decision on a car purchase. Gary was very straightforward with me and gave me all the information I needed plus informed me of anything I was missing. It was a pleasure working with him.

Excellent, personable, service; clean

Service center was extremely well organized from beginning to end; the personal service (by Lee) was welcoming, informative, extremely helpful. And . . . the wait time was reasonable. Coffee, cookies and clean wait room were also much appreciated.

So far so good

Victor my sales rep was incredible. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. He should be the model by which other sales reps are judged by. The online/e-mail quote was also handled very well, and was substantially less than quotes I received from other dealers.
