    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband purchased a Jetta last week on Monday, 10/22 from salesperson KHASIN LOPEZ. Initially I came to the lot by myself,... however my husband filled out a credit application online... I found a car I liked fairly quickly and it didn't take long to make a deal, although just from basic conversation I noticed Kashin lying SEVERAL times about various (this should have been enough for me to just walk away, but lesson learned.) Kashin was also not at all knowledgeable on the Jetta... he even told me features weren't included in my car that ARE included... anyway, after we made a deal I made an appointment to return to the lot with my husband that evening to sign paperwork and to take our new car home as we were transferring plates from our old car. I was VERY CLEAR that we wanted things to move quickly as we had plans that night, and stressed that it would be appreciated if the paperwork was ready to sign when we got there. I even called an hour before our arrival to the lot and asked Khasin if the paperwork was all set and he confirmed that it was. Of course when we arrived to the lot, the dealership hadn't even submitted my husbands credit application to the bank yet!!!! Yet another lie... after OVER AN HOUR of waiting the sales manager came to us with the approval paperwork. It took another hour in his office signing forms (some forms were signed twice or three times due to mistakes on their part.) During this process the sales manager was pushy with elective items and upgrades and it honestly made me uncomfortable, he was literally arguing with me about what insurance policies I carry and what I should buy. It was really rude.... however despite all of what was mentioned above, when we left the dealership that night we were just happy to be in our new car... now fast forward 10 days and I'M LIVID! I will be making a formal complaint against Khasin Lopez and this dealership to Volkswagen and the BBB. I have left several messages for Khasin and his superior and my calls go ignored.... nobody has reached out to me regarding the registration to my husbands new car and we are now driving around illegally. A light also came on as soon as we pulled out of the dealership parking lot, this was mentioned on the voicemails I left but clearly this dealership doesn't care about doing the right thing.... as soon as they get their check, our calls go ignored..... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

    June 21, 2013 we drove home in a 2012 Volkswagen Passat SEL Premium V6 Certified Car. The purchasing experience was great as the salesman Josh Palmieri... was knowledgeable and dealing with him was a pleasant experience as was our experience with the business manager Mark Brenier. Both were easy to work with, not pushy, polite and professional. Josh spent quite a bit of time with us reviewing all the features included in the vehicle and was very patient when asked to repeat something as we are not of the high tech generation! Marc, was not trying to get us to purchase other warranties and went over all the paperwork with clarity. It was a pleasant experience and everyone in the dealership was polite and professional in both appearance and knowledge. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE! I would highly recommend the dealership--ask for Josh--He is also knowledgeable about other makes and models.

    Sales person was not pushy. He was polite, professional and patient. We went over the car , he answered my questions and then we talked business. We... did not come to an agreement but his demeanor did not change. T he next morning he called with an improved offer, I returned to the dealer ship and soon had a deal.

    Our salesperson, Jeff, was very informative and answered all our questions. During the test drive, he didn???t have answers for 2 questions and he jotted... them down and got answers for us when our test drive was over. When we got there I told him that I would not be buying a car that day because I wanted to test drive a couple of others. He sold me on the Atlas. The dealership also happened to have a carseat laying around so I can test the room once a carseat is installed. Brilliant!

    The Sales staff, ROY,in particular, did everything possible, to arrange to drive the exact color, Leather Seats, 6 Speed Transmisson, and the rest... of the nicetys, that one buying a new 2018 car, one would expect. The whole sales staff were quite professional, and Dave the Service Manager was as helpful. I must conclude that the ??? whole buying experience ???, was as pleasant as it could be. I only visited, one other dealership, did some research on line, and the next day, went down to Commonwealth Motors, ??? Shop us Last, You???ll Love us ! ??? was very true in my experience. I can honestly say, I have purchased 12 new cars, in my time, this was the easiest 3 hour deal, that I drove home that day. Sincerely, Gerald W. Moran
