Great Service

Very attentive clerks. We did have to wait because they were backed up with oil changes, but he came out and explained. Apologized for the wait. Keeping us informed is all we needed.

Excellent Customer Service

Anthony at Commonwealth Motors helped me with leasing my first car! I was nervous about leasing and had never gone through the process before, but they made it really easy. They were also very willing to work within my budget and find a great car, at a great value that suited my needs. I am really happy with my new car!

Friendly sales people, very good service dept.

Iban R., the sales person, was very accommodating and answered all my questions pertaining to the 3 vehicles I am interested in, the Accord, CRV, and Rogue, as well as taking the time to show me the vehicles and pointing out the various options available on each. I appreciated the time he spent with me, and will be back when I make my decision. Thank You

True Professionals

Outstanding customer service. In our case, the service was simply a MA inspection sticker. The Commonwealth representative (Jim Taylor) went out of his way to point out some wear on the breaks and gave my wife specific advice on what to look for as the breaks continue to wear. As always, the service was prompt (almost no wait), and check-in was efficient and professional. The Service Department really does operate like a "well oiled machine." Thank you.

Professional and courteous service, very clean

All around a very pleasant experience, All staff at Commonwealth from the Service writer, Technician, and evn the Cash out cashier were very courteous, professional , and friendly. Commonwealth Motors = positive experience always.

The staff at Commonwealth Motors is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable. We feel the dealership is honest and would never take advantage of our lack of automobile mechanical knowledge. We recommend this dealership often, not just to purchase vehicles, but for vehicle service. We would not go anywhere else. The waiting room is comfortable, even having coffee and tea available. It is always clean and orderly.

My car had air bag light on after checking it out, tech said my battery needed to replaced it was the original, tech replaced it, this is why I have my car serviced at Commonwealth motors I trust the experience
