HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband purchased a Jetta last week on Monday, 10/22 from salesperson KHASIN LOPEZ. Initially I came to the lot by myself, however my husband filled out a credit application online... I found a car I liked fairly quickly and it didn't take long to make a deal, although just from basic conversation I noticed Kashin lying SEVERAL times about various (this should have been enough for me to just walk away, but lesson learned.) Kashin was also not at all knowledgeable on the Jetta... he even told me features weren't included in my car that ARE included... anyway, after we made a deal I made an appointment to return to the lot with my husband that evening to sign paperwork and to take our new car home as we were transferring plates from our old car. I was VERY CLEAR that we wanted things to move quickly as we had plans that night, and stressed that it would be appreciated if the paperwork was ready to sign when we got there. I even called an hour before our arrival to the lot and asked Khasin if the paperwork was all set and he confirmed that it was. Of course when we arrived to the lot, the dealership hadn't even submitted my husbands credit application to the bank yet!!!! Yet another lie... after OVER AN HOUR of waiting the sales manager came to us with the approval paperwork. It took another hour in his office signing forms (some forms were signed twice or three times due to mistakes on their part.) During this process the sales manager was pushy with elective items and upgrades and it honestly made me uncomfortable, he was literally arguing with me about what insurance policies I carry and what I should buy. It was really rude.... however despite all of what was mentioned above, when we left the dealership that night we were just happy to be in our new car... now fast forward 10 days and I'M LIVID! I will be making a formal complaint against Khasin Lopez and this dealership to Volkswagen and the BBB. I have left several messages for Khasin and his superior and my calls go ignored.... nobody has reached out to me regarding the registration to my husbands new car and we are now driving around illegally. A light also came on as soon as we pulled out of the dealership parking lot, this was mentioned on the voicemails I left but clearly this dealership doesn't care about doing the right thing.... as soon as they get their check, our calls go ignored..... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Not a Good place to Buy
Very poor management decided I didnt want a lease and asked them not to register the proposed vehicle. They did it anyways illegally so they could lock me into a finance deal I could not back out of then told me there is no cool down period in Massachusetts and then said good luck in court.

Easy and quick
Rick had me in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. Didnt try to sell me anything more than I needed. I would highly recommend

I brought my Kia soul in for some repair's and was greeted with a friendly staff, spotless service area and waiting room with lots of amenities.. My commonwealth"had me at hello". I'll definitely by doing my business with them again.

Shopping for New VW car
I drive from New Hampshire to This dealer ship and That was My big mistake that I ever make ,After 45 minute's of driving the sale's personal was VERY UN FRIENDLY,the didn't offer ANY REFRESHING'S LIKE WATER or COFFEE,Manager was behaving like that He OWN EVERYTHING,But When I talk to Him on the Phone He promos BEST DILL in New England,He even take many down But never DELIVER CAR,SO NOW I HAVE TO HIGHER ARTHURIAN TO RICK AVER MY MANY DOW WORST DEALER SHIP I EVER SEE IN MY 54 YEAR'S
