I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived for my appointment.
I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived for my appointment. The person at the desk just sat and typed when I stood in front of her. Finally Brad was free and helped me out. There was only one other service person there, and Brad was alone when I returned to get the car. The dealership seems very understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car even though it was sitting in the lot 20 feet away. I have been happy there in the past (have purchased 3 cars there) but seems to be going downhill. Brad has been there a long time and is friendly and helpful.

3 weeks to get a transmission replaced on a brand new VW
3 weeks to get a transmission replaced on a brand new VW Atlas with a loaner car that doesn’t accommodate the needs of my family. Only to have the repaired transmission fail in 2 days again. Poor communication, constant delays, lack of urgency in resolving problems.
