Mike was really great to work with on the purchase of the Jetta GLI. He was very quick to respond to our online inquiry, and ended up directing us to a certified used GLI with only 13k miles. He ended up saving us a lot and still got my daughter in to the car she really wanted. I highly recommend working with Mike.

I recently purchased a 2013 Beetle TDI Convertible for my wife and we could not be happier. Ryan Tremblatt was our sales associate and he handled this out-of-state purchase with ease. He even assisted with procuring a car transporter/carrier to ship it 2200 miles! He sent us a video and plenty of photos to make make us feel as if we were at their dealership. Also, prompt email responses and returned messages...the way a salesperson should be! Way-to-go!

I had such a fantastic experience at the VW dealership recently! This was especially due to the customer service my family and I received from Eric Menzies (everyone at the dealership treated us so well, but I just want to give a special shout out to him!). My family has known him for a while, and he's helped us with purchasing/leasing three cars over the years-now including mine! When I came in to look for a car to lease, he made the process so easy; he was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions enthusiastically, and he made us feel so welcome and comfortable! I couldn't help but give him a hug afterwards! I know my family plans to come back to him when we need to buy/lease cars for the rest of the family, and I know that I definitely would recommend VW- and Eric especially- to any of my friends! I drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership. The salesman was very freindly however when we sat down he offered the car $1,200 over the price listed on the car. I asked him why the price was higher than the kelly blue book retail price? He stated that they were a "no hassle dealership" and that they set the car prices at what they believe to be fair market prices. Other VW dealerships offer the same car 3 to 4k less than Capo VW. Buying a car at any dealership is hard enough but that fact that they were so brazen about over charging was unreal. I work in real estate and could never imagine trying to sell a house that appraised for 500k for 550k. I'm glad I did research on the net prior to going to the dealership. I might have been taken advantage of. I suggest to anyone looking for a VW go to VWUSA.com you'll find better prices at other dealerships.

Mike was the best! I was a first time buyer wanting to get a brand new car. It is a very intimidating process but when I came in to buy the vehicle he made it easy, efficient, and fun. Once my vehicle was ready to be picked up he took care in walking me through all the features and showed me all the little tricks that I didn't know about in all my research. If anyone I know is looking to buy a car, I will definitely be sending them to Mike. Thanks Mike!

Had a great experiencing buying a certified pre-owned Volkwagen Jetta TDI through Mike Stieber at Capo VW. One of my goals for the purchase was to do as much of the back-and-forth regarding price scenarios in advance of going to the dealership, in order to minimize time and frustration spent on the day I went to purchase my car. He was exceptionally helpful in providing me with the information I needed to make a decision regarding the best car and financing scenario for my needs, including providing me with a competitive trade-in price for my vehicle. He communicated with me by email and text before I arrived at the dealership, so when I got there, I simply had to drive two cars, choose between them, complete the paperwork, and drive home. A headache-free car-buying experience. I would definitely work with Mike and Capo VW again.

We set out to acquire a car for our niece and had our initial focus on a Jetta. Connie immediately put a couple options in front of us, both very well priced. There was no attempt at an "up sale" at all. This was refreshing. We had some personal, logistical challenges in terms of getting the right name on title, some of the players not being local and a couple twists related to the trade in. All of this was handled with a "no problem" attitude by Connie and her team. They just found a way to get it all done, rather than forcing us to figure it out. They clearly wanted our business and made us feel that way. This was a very different car buying experience than I've had before - and I would recommend this dealership, and Connie, without reservation.

Mike was very easy going and great to work with. I went online and visited many VW dealerships. Capo VW had SE Passat for S prices! Other dealerships would not offer a full tank of gas and detail either. They even fixed a light that was out before I drove it off the lot. I will recommend Mike and his team.
