The guys from the service department were great the young

The guys from the service department were great the young lady with long dark hair at the rental desk was horribly rude, I already did a review weeks ago but nobody got back to me, they left 2 scratches on the car no one called me back

Dishonest service—they will overcharge you into the

Dishonest service—they will overcharge you into the thousands of dollars for service and parts that aren’t needed. Workmanship is very poor and staff is incompetent. Work is never completed on time and is terribly shabby. What was supposed to be fixed isn’t fixed, and they don’t conduct quality control and check their work. For example, my interior headliner had to be removed to do service involving the sunroof, but the headliner wasn’t reattached properly and was covered with dirty fingerprints. Stay away from this place!

I get great service and everyone is very helpful. My only complaint is the lack of loaner cars, anytime I’ve inquired about one the answer is “first come, first served” but in my 2 years of owning my ID4 a loaner is never available. For this reason I had to wait a few weeks to when I was off work to schedule the repair. I understand that loaners are in high demand, and limited, I’m just more accustomed to a loaner being part of the service after paying over $50k for a car. Having said that, Zander was very helpful and got my car serviced quickly and provider a Lyft, but I would like loaner service in the future to have more flexibility over when I can schedule repairs.
