I had a horrible experience at a different dealership

I had a horrible experience at a different dealership that morning. My husband and I were out running other errands and found this location by chance. We are so very glad we did! Our sales rep Allen was beyond helpful and amazing. We were not planning on purchasing a new car at this time and had gone in to ask about ordering a new Stingray. However, because of Allen we decided to purchase the E-Ray that was on the lot. He made both my husband and myself feel like we were not being pressured and we knew this dealership would be honest. Then when we got to our financing manager Eric Bonilla we appreciated how the excellent customer service continued. He went over all of our options, answered questions and made sure we picked the correct warranties and adding that fit our needs. This was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

I spend around 10k to repair my vehicle here and last

I spend around 10k to repair my vehicle here and last time they said my fuel pump bad need replacing and cost 2k, I am ok to replace after replace I am driving and gas all leaking out from fuel pump they install and they ask me to tow my vehicle to dealership with my expense I paid 175 dollars to tow my truck to dealer and by the end of the day they call me and let me know my truck ready for pickup I am so happy and pick up my truck and next morning I drive my truck to work and when I drive on a freeway 110 gas start leaking lots more and my truck completely shut down I call dealer and they ask me to pay my own money to tow back dealer without any responsibility of their fault, I have to pay another 400 dollars to tow my truck back then they keep my truck for a week and tell me that it will cost another 1k to repair, this is a theft and unacceptable

Guaranty Chevrolet diagnosed and repaired a serious issue

Guaranty Chevrolet diagnosed and repaired a serious issue in the same day. The TCM and Bypass valve for the transmission was replaced and thoroughly tested. Service Advisor JAMES VEGA was outstanding and kept me well informed throughout the day. And the Tech who diagnosed/repaired/tested is equally outstanding.

Our interactions with our salesman Brian aka "Lax' was top notch. He is an exceptional salesman and made us feel very comfortable. We did not care for his manager Eric as he seemed unhappy or bothered that we didn't accept the protectant coat and maintenance plan add ons. Other than that we had a great experience with Brian and appreciate his patience dealing with us over the course of the past month. We are satisfied with our purchase and would return to this dealer in the future. Thanks Brian!
