I called to make an appointment for an OIL CHANGE for
I called to make an appointment for an OIL CHANGE for Monday. Offered me 9:30. OK, and I will wait in the lounge, thinking 1 hour. After an hour, my car still hadn't moved. Oh, they said an oil change takes 3 to 4 hours. Didn't they tell you when you called. For what I needed done, Jiffy Lube would have had me out of there in 30 minutes. So I left the dealership and went elsewhere. Bye bye AutoNation.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Infiniti Tustin. Once it was realized that the service was going to take 3 hours they were able to provide me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait. The service went well and I was updated appropriately throughout. Overall they did a great job and I was happy with the results.

Happy with my Porsche 911 Sales process went really
Happy with my Porsche 911 Sales process went really smooth and fast. Big shout out to sales rep. Anthony for taking good care of me. He also delivered the car to my address at no charge. Only negative thing. The front brake pads needed immediate replacement. I believe if they measure 3-4 mm AutoNation won?t replace them. I found that to be pretty poor since it also illuminated the brake wear light on the dash. I was well aware but it wasn?t a deal breaker.

I recently brought my vehicle to Tustin Infiniti Auto Center for a basic diagnostic and was disappointed with the overall experience. While the staff was polite, the service left a lot to be desired. It took over a week just to receive a diagnosis for an issue that turned out to be fairly simple?something that most other shops would have turned around in a day or two. On top of the delay, the cost was significantly higher than what I?ve seen at other service centers for similar work. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle, it was still partially disassembled and not in a drive-ready state. I expected more from a branded dealership in terms of both professionalism and attention to detail. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication, pricing transparency, and overall efficiency.
