This was one of the WORST experiences we have ever had. Took the car for service after calling for months to get in (COVID time....but no excuse) our... appointment was for the end of March we just got the vehicle back today, vehicle was there for at least 30 days before they even took it in the back. Then another week and a half to have them look at it.....then we get an almost 18,000 quote when we took it in for the service due and a battery. Our rep barely knew what was going on and the manager although he tried to break it all down just couldn't make us feel any better with a bill that high AFTER having the vehicle for 6 weeks. Thankfully this is a car that we don't drive often or we would have be jacked up. I understand shortage of staff and so on but this here is truly unacceptable on so many levels. Do no take your car here at all if you value your time, patience and worth. Good customer service and quality service is a must. Although the people we came in contact were nice the bad out weighed that 10x.
This was one of the best experiences i have ever had purchasing a car. Michael Cook was an awesome salesperson. I highly recommend this dealership to... anyone who wants A1 service.

I had spoken with Lance over the past weekend to set up delivery of my car for diagnosis and repair. I called today just to make sure it had been delivered... as planned - he not only confirmed delivery, but had already identified the issue and provided a quote and timeline. My first experience was with Danielle. She is just fantastic, efficient, and courteous. She was able and willing to answer all questions expeditiously,... and correct. I can not for Luke, who is the sales manager. His professional demeanor and knowledge played a very important role in my car buying experience, as well.
