Raychel at Jim Ellis Maserati was amazing! Knowledgeable about the cars, patiently answered all my questions, worked with me to get the right price, and even came in on her day off to help me! Could not recommend her or the dealership more.

I'm 60 years old and I have dealt with dozens of

I'm 60 years old and I have dealt with dozens of dealerships in my life and Jim Ellis is the worst dealer I ever seen. Super bad service, unfriendly and incompetent staff. Big big mistake also to buy Maserati. xxxxty car. next day after I purchased it brand new I started having major problems with suspension. I took it twice to the dealer they kept lying to me saying it was a software update issue. They kept the car 18 days and the problem is still there. on top they didn't even have the courtesy to clean my car before giving it back to back to me. Big huge difference between Jim Ellis dealers and and Penske.

Completely flawless experience before, during and after

Completely flawless experience before, during and after sale. Raychel was very knowledgeable about product and very easy to work with. Adam was awesome as Sales Manager. Both were patient and low-pressure, recognizing I am new to the brand. Post-sale Service Consultant Jamal has been great. Would definitely do business with each of them and Jim Ellis again.

Love Raychel!

Love Raychel!!! Let me begin by saying my Jim Ellis Maserati experience was amazing. My new car salesperson was Raychel Castro. I called Rachel at 6:45 to see if I could swing by and take a look at a vehicle. Mind you, the dealership closes at 7:00. I arrived at 6:50 and Raychel and all her amazing energy were waiting at the door with a huge smile. I stopped by to look at a “used other name vehicle” and walked out with a brand new Maserati! She was so patient and never pressured me to make a purchase. She is my new best friend. I will definitely send all my friends to her for their purchases. Can’t wait to hang out with her in my new whip!!! A few other amazing Jim Ellis Maserati people: Kapleton in Finance had me in and out in no time! He was very honest and upfront about all my add-ons! Adam is the man! He stayed late with me on 2 nights and missed both of his evening workouts. Mr. Dick is definitely the mayor of Jim Ellis Maserati. He was so welcoming and such a sweetheart. The receptionist was super sweet and extremely helpful. I am extremely happy about this car buying experience with Jim Ellis Maserati!!! “Q”
