I think the $589 Documentary Fee is really excessive and

I think the $589 Documentary Fee is really excessive and simply a Guaranteed PROFIT. How much are the clerks doing the documents paid? Closing became a hostile event when Joe Jackson did not seem to understand the word NO! His constant and excessive high pressure attempts to sell Extended Warranty (e.g. insurance) was unwanted and very unprofessional. I told him NO several times (estimate 10-12). I even specifically stated that I would Self Insure and felt that his rates were excessive. (?extortion?) He pulled out a stack of claimed repair orders to verify his claimed repair costs. Stack was thick enough to make a person wonder about brand reliability. I should have walked out - Wish I had. Only falling Temperature in Hades would allow my return.

The group did a great job.

The group did a great job. I called to set an appointment and it was immediately scheduled for the following day. They looked at my son’s vehicle, ran a diagnostic and reported that there were not any known issues found. The only reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was for the cost. It was $171 just for the scan and reset. They were up front about costs though and very responsive. That is why I kept them at a 4.

I received outstanding assistance purchasing a vehicle

I received outstanding assistance purchasing a vehicle from out of state. They cared about my safety during the commute, had the car ready and checked to make sure I made it home safely. Also asked if I was satisfied with my vehicle after the drive home.

Great service! Friendly employees!

Great people to deal with. They worked with us and got us the best deal possible. They were very patient and not pushy at all like some sales people at other dealerships. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and courteous. They have earned repeat customers with my wife and I.

Best dealership in the area

My truck is my 3rd purchase from them and it has gone perfectly smooth every time. Will continue to come back. Was my wife’s first time being a part of the car buying process and it eased her fears watching me work with Waylan.
