Took my 2018 Ram 2500 in to swap out tires for a larger size. The service department got me in quickly and swapped out my tires with mounting and balancing included !! Great price and overall service !!! David Taylor is a top notch dealership from Sales to Service !! I will always take my Ram there for service and buy all my vehicles there !! They truly care about every person and sale they make !!

While shopping for a new vehicle, we looked at several different places. We knew pretty much what we wanted. While there Wendy came out to greet me. She was super nice and super helpful! Although hubby was hesitant to purchase a “NEW” vehicle, she worked with us for several days to get the price as close to what he considered reasonable. Thank you Wendy for all your help and we love our new Jeep!

Had my regular scheduled oil, filter and lube performed on 7/22/19.. I also had my tires rotated and balanced along with having a new pressure sensor installed, after it had developed hair line cracks in the valve stem area of the sensor.. I was really impressed with how the service Department fixed all the issues that weren't really scheduled mainly installing a new air pressure sensor that was leaking pretty bad, like 15 psi every 3-4 days.. That was above my expectations for a routine oil change and Tire rotation.. Also had a 8 am and I got the call that it was ready for me to pickup shortly after 9 am... Everytime I have had my pickup truck serviced, I have been pleased but more so this time for obvious reasons.. The invoice was more than reasonable, these are honest people from the top on down, in my humble opinion 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We have purchased a lot of cars in the last 20 years and this was - by far - the worst experience we have ever had. The car was ,misrepresented, the sales person was dishonest and we were treated with a general lack of respect.
