The entire personnel was very pleasant and informative. We were very impressed with comfort and cleanness of the waiting room. We just came off of a leased vehicle and decided we didn’t want to lease anymore. Glad we came her. Had a friend buy from them in the past. Our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the inventory on the lot. We bought a really nice Cadillac Escalade.

Talked with Todd concerning my trade in and possible purchase. I called bk and he was w/another customer and I ask to leave a message for him to xx on truck being there. The person told me just to come on in and I would be taken care of . Drove 28 plus miles to a dust pit, just washed my car . A truck that was on Truecar for 12,000 and in fine print 3000 trade in posted for 183 days suddenly was not there. Sold, I am more than displeased, new to the area and had no idea where I was going and the pics of the cars were on a nice brick lot. Joke.

Dennis is an awesome and knowledgeable salesperson. I would recommend him to anyone. He was extremely helpful. He made the process the best I ever had. In the past the salesman we had were pushy and somewhat annoying. Got a great SUV that was very affordable.
