All ii can say is Jacob is so awesome he worked super hard for. I can not speak with higher regards to Jacob and Lee Auto Group. I absolutely HATE car shopping. He made the process quick, painless, easy and FUN.

Words can not express how much my wife and I hate car shopping. We have been procrastinating it for months because we can not stand car dealerships, car salesman, or the car buying process. I accidentally ran into Jacob at Lee Auto Group, and I never want to buy a car from anyone else again. Not only was it not a completely miserable experience but we actually had a really good time buying a car. Him and the other sales people kept us entertained, they offered us drinks and snacks, and made us feel comfortable through the entire process.

This dealership sold me a warranty for a used car based on a brochure. They did not have the contract and told me I would get one shortly. I bought the best superior Diamond warranty and found out this lousy warranty has more exclusion why the warranty will not pay for things than inclusions; what the warranty pays for. Read the contract or do not by the warranty: this warranty was sold under one of two names: ASI or SMART AUTO CARE Buy better coverage somewhere else and be sure to read the contract before you sign. I got screwed over with this lousy warranty

The salesman never got back to me after I sent in a detailed list of questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I also spoke to the sales person on the phone going over the list of questions I had. I can't speak with regards to the dealership itself but I would not recommend Anthony Horta to deal with.

Jacob made the car shopping experience amazing. Lee Auto has awesome used cars. I will definitely come back when my kids need to buy.
