Buyers beware. Purchased a 2016 F250 6.7 with 150k miles. I was sold the truck with a service contract, “ no warranty as is” which I was told is how all there vehicles come. Red flag #1. I was told all vehicles are inspected buy quality mechanics. Wrong. Truck showed up leaking oil all over my driveway. Truck clearly had not had any maintenance in who knows how long. Had tire pressure light on, broken glass behind rear seat. Dealership placed all blame on me for not doing a through job looking into vehicle. Fair enough, I certainly did not. Dealership stopped responding and left me to pay 7k in repairs within 15 days of purchase. This is clearly a buy and flip operation. Owners own words “ we only make sure the vehicles start, stop and drive”. That’s it, sold as is. You signed the paperwork. This is on you. Take your business elsewhere folks. Learn from my mistakes.

Arrived at rt21 to just look at purchasing a truck but ending up buying. Great staff members that don't pressure you to buy. Super friendly and very thorough. I will definitely purchase again from them.

If you are going to buy a truck or car from this dealership make sure you bring it to your Mechanic 1st I have 4 different brake down within the first week of owning the truck

DO NOT let them talk you into extended from FREEDOM warranty I have 2 claims and been turned down on both claims. So after paying almost $3000.00 for this warranty which they highly recommended. Do not buy this worthless warranty. I’m trying to cancel and get some of my money back

Working with Ron was a pleasure! He sent me extra pictures and since I flew in from Florida to buy the truck he picked me up at the airport-that's great customer service. They have lots of inventory and are easy to work with.

Purchased a clean truck there and didn't make it 30 miles away. The transmission went out. I knew there was no warranty on truck. But figured I would call them about problems all RON had to say about it was LET ME KNOW HOW IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU. I'm not impressed with them at all. I would recommend going to any other dealers but not them. Over priced. No concerned for you or your family they didn't care they sold me a bad transmission pretty sure they knew that was bad. The old bait and switch, sells deleted trucks and dosent tell you. Don't buy anything. Don't travel any distance unless you want to be disappointed.

bought a truck nice chevy 3500 hd truck needed a few thing so tony the sales men said he would take care of it and in a few days i could come pick it up after a few days it was done and would recommend anyone to buy a truck here tony is a cool sales men to deal with
