Ourisman gave me a trade value $1,000 more than Koon’s...

Ourisman gave me a trade value $1,000 more than Koon’s Tysons. And they were transparent in all discussions. Sammer was excellent and courteous. Financing department was able to answer all my questions

The service was was ok. My oil monitor wasn't changed back to 0 miles once it was changed and I had to go back a second time.

Regular Scheduled Maintenance

I would have given five stars; however, I was disappointed with the service technician?s customer politeness. I understood that the technician can not always predict how long the service will take. When I expressed my disappointment in the additional two hours I would have to wait, he immediately became defensive! A simple, I understand and we will get you out as soon as we can would have sufficed.

Car repairs

They did a great job however they had the car longer then expected due to part being on back order which caused me to have a rental way longer then expected.

Everyone did a great job getting to buy my 2019 Jeep...

Everyone did a great job getting to buy my 2019 Jeep Grand . I had not intention on buying one but Robert is a great salesman. Still waiting on my tags & the call to have my clear coat put on .... NOTE : great people at this dealership
