Being a female and new to the area, I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited Auto By Design for my car problem. This is my second time taking my car to them. They took the time to explain things to me in simple language so not to confuse me and gave me options based on my budget and needs. I highly recommend this place. These guys know what they are doing and they do it with care and professionalism.

This place is an absolute jewel! Nick offered superb customer service, very friendly, courteous & helpful! James in finance was awesome as well along with the mgr but I can’t remember his name at the moment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

This is a great place to buy a car. Zero pressure sales team. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested helping us find what we needed. Very good selection of cars that are priced right. It's hard to say which is better, the cars or the people working there, both are fantastic. This is how buying a car should be.
