BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE. I BOUGHT ONLINE. SALESMAN SCOTT COZART SENT A VIDEO OF A CAR I BOUGHT, BUT AVOIDED SHOWING THE MISSING BODY PART. THEY SENT IT TO A LOCAL INSPECTOR THAT DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THE MISSING PART. I ASKED FOR THEM TO REPLACE IT AND THE ANSWER CAME BACK "HEY SORRY I DIDN'T GET BACK TO YOU. BUT JUST SPOKE WITH MY MANAGER AND WE FIGURED SINCE WE PAID FOR THE INSPECTION, WE CAN CALL IT EVEN." SO BECAUSE THE DEALER PAID FOR THE INSPECTION - THAT DIDN'T NOTICE THE MISSING PART, I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PART MYSELF. I WOULD GO OVER WHATEVER YOU BUY THERE INCH BY INCH. THERE IS A SERIOUS LACK OF INTEGRITY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Was in on 3/9/21, to have my car serviced. Service was top of the line. Went to buy some Mustang performance parts, more top level service. I have also had a Lincoln service there back in the day...nothing but great experiences to report,

Beware of paso ford they sold me a used car that was...

Beware of paso ford they sold me a used car that was illegally smoged. There was a faulty catalytic converter code that came up before I bought the car but there illegal fix didn't last long before the check engine sign showed up on the car plus a faulty alternator that only charged the battery to 40 percent but the faulty catalytic converter code is the big no no. The Is not going to be so nice when they lay down thousands of dollars in fines for what they did I tried to work with them to have this cleared up but they don't want to deal with me if I was them I would of gladly spent a couple thousand to fix the problem versus having to pay thousands of dollars in fines. Oh well I guess they have big pockets and don't mind paying all that money just to get one over on me. Hum good for them I guess.

Went into dealership with paperwork showing all options, salesman took a copy of it and claimed he could do it with vehicle he had in stock, took care all pre-paperwork, prior to finalization, I wanted to make sure everything on the up and up, after several back and forths and still not correct, you have to remember he made a copy of options I wanted.Its true about this place, BAIT and SWITCH is really what they are

Great experience with our salesman, Jay.

Had a great experience with Jay as our sales person. All the people we dealt with we're respectful and kind. We drove all the way from LA area to look at a car. Jay kept in touch with us constantly till we got here. Gave us all of his attention. He was an excellent salesperson. he was knowledgeable friendly and sincere. We sure enjoyed our experience of buying our new car with Jay at Paso Robles ford

Great car buying experience!

Mike Daugherty was incredibly helpful with good advice and no pressure attitude on my recent new car purchase.. He has apparently been there for many years and he knows what he can do for pricing on the car and the trade in without the typical farce of back and forth to the sales manager. Mike gave great advice on the best financing options with rebates and zero percent financing. Tony, the F&I guy was also great to work with, again, no pressure to buy additional services. This was a very pleasant buying experience. I have used the service department in the past and I found them to be friendly and efficient as well. I appreciate that Paso Robles Ford is my local Ford dealership.

They will lie just to get you to buy Shame on them

I was trying to Purchase a car at Ford I been going everyday on my lunch to drop Necessary paperwork i was in on 4/19/2019 on my lunch I went in to talk to Gary M. He told me that i got approved for the car and that my rate was going to be at 10% which my dad was on the phone listen to what i was been told by Gary M. I had to go back To work and I told him that I was going to stop by after work with my husband. After work Gary M. Was already off so I had to deal with Curt I told him before I sign any papers I wanted to go over my monthly payments so he come out and start explaining that i got approved but for 15% and i told him that Gary had told me that my rate was going to be 10% and he want back to talk to the manager curt comes back out and ask me if I wanted to test drive the car I said yes I like the car so when we come back Curt went to go see what was going on he comes back and say oh I have really good news for you the bank just approved you for 10% Congratulations like really get out of here with all that just because I'm young they think the can get over me very sad. I told them my dad couldn't find out of my purchase because I was going to use my mom as a co signer Not my dad was on the phone listen to them trying to get over on me. He was right they lie and lie not once but twice.. oh and curt told me to write down four references that did not live with me so I write them down and I told him that I just had phone numbers and he said that I can just make up address and my sister told curt it wasn't right to just make up address..DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Neglect Notification

I took my work truck in to have airbag replaced ( recall ) at the same time I needed some work done to shifter linkage and some weather strips on the door. I was told that the truck would be done by the end of the day. by 4pm I still haven't receive a call if the truck was done so I called to check the status the service guy I was dealing with was busy with other costumers ( Steve Swank ) so the guy that I was speaking to informed me that the airbag was done but the additional work was not but that I could pick up the truck and that there was a cost I asked why is there a cost since the work wasn't done. he then said give me your number and I'll have Steve give you a call. It was now 5:15 and I still didn't receive a call so I called again and now I'm speaking to Steve to explain what was going on. Steve explains that they could fix the linkage and they needed to order the part and now I'm very upset since there hasn't been a call asking me what I wanted them to do. I know they need to order parts by 3:30 so they can have in the next business day. Steve had all of this information by 2:15-2:30 as he told me. If he would have called me I would have said order the parts I need it fixed that's why I took the ford ranger to Ford. I also explained that I needed to call Uber in order to pick up the truck I am very disappointed in today's service.

All they care about is making a profit safety of their custo

Sold me a car with bad brakes can’t even stop all they care about is making a profit and not the safety of their customers Kevin the salesman lied to me I would never go to this place Second car ford sold me transmission kept going out the other car I got brake problems no wipers won’t shut off bent rim blow tire on 101 car was all over the highway tried numerous times to have them fix it and they wonr so I’m just going to sue them in court put my wife’s life in danger over a xxxx piece of car what kind of business does that to the human beings this place needs to be shut down before somebody gets killed in these cars that they’re not expecting right I wish I could put the picture of the tire that exploded on the 101

The service at Paso Robles Ford was extremely bad. We bought a 2016 Honda sport from them they sold it to us without notifying us of damage that had been repaired on the driver side rear fender. We took notice of the damage within seven days they agreed to pay for an inspection when they found out the amount of the repair they declined to make the situation right. They essentially sold us a car that was worth $2000 less than what they sold it to us for. I will never go to them again I would recommend to anybody go elsewhere ! They are crooks will take your money and leave you with nothing !!!BEWARE
