I must say I was fortunate to meet Javier Saenz on my search for my 2023 Honda crv. Although I didn't have appointment with him, he was able to multi-task and attend to all his customers without hesitation. I must say he has an exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable about the car as he taught me a lot on how to operate the car. He is very kind. I will recommend him to anyone who plans to buy a car because in my candid opinion he is the best. Keep up the good work.

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

I recently bought a 2023 Accord Hybrid EX-l. My car has the same tire size P225/50R17 as the 2023 Accord EX. And I know that the 2023 Accord Hybrid EX-L car is sold in Canada with a spare tire. The 14 pages in the owners manual on how to repair a flat tire with the inflater kit is not useful if the tire has a blow out. So, I want a donut spare tire. Went to Ourisman Honda to buy the parts for the spare tire. Of course, Honda does not have assigned parts for the Hybrid spare tire. After talking to Sales Person Remoe Doherty about the 2023 hybrid spare tire issue, I was able to find the parts list for the 2023 Accord Hybrid EX-L online with his expert advice. So hats off to Remoe Doherty for his excellent listening skills and solution to my spare tire issue.

Came to this dealership from N. Virginia with my daughter looking for a larger Honda. Walked in and was fortunate to be greeted by Javier who happened to be passing through the showroom. The best Honda dealership I have ever been to. My experience at the dealership was nothing but pleasant. I worked with a young man by the name of Javier, what an outstanding young man. I came in there with my niece, and he not only made sure I was comfortable, but also went out of his way for my niece to be as comfortable as possible. In the end, the process was smooth, walked away with the car I really wanted. By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and this young man made that possible and easy for me. Overall experience with salesmen Javier was fantastic. I drove 1.5 hour with a bit traffic from Haymarket Virginia to meet with Javier along with my family. As soon as I got on the lot he came out and directed to a parking spot right away for the customer parking was bit crowded. He already had the vehicle parked out front washed and ready for us to see and test drive. The whole process was quick and simple. He got us in and out in little time for he knew me and family would have to be traveling back home in a Tuesday rush hour traffic. He showed high level of professionalism and care for me and my family. This is my second purchase with ourisman Honda but first time having Javier as our salesman. I highly recommend you asking for Javier for your next car purchase. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deals and understand everything you want/need on your new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Javier and let me tell you, If you go to this dealership you need to ask for him. This was the best experience buying a car that I’ve had. After we shake on the deal then it all started to go down hill from there. The guy claim the general manager wanted Tesla's charger or they will take away 500 from the deal. I agreed and had my parents drive over 30 miles to drop off the charger then got a call from Purchasing Agent that they are no longer interested in Tesla and won't go through the deal. So much time wasted. Koons Knows Tesla. They will give you an offer in 30 minutes and will not walk back on the offer. 30 minutes later i got a check out the door. Not like Ourisman. Ourisman's team is shady. Do NOT sell your cars here.
