My wife and I went to Heritage looking to buy my first pickup. I knew I wanted to buy from Heritage because I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past. I already knew the vehicle I wanted so there was no guesswork there. Rob took care to make sure we knew everything there was to know about my Tacoma. He also has a friendly and honest approach to sales and made us feel comfortable with the entire transaction. When I noticed a small blemish on the truck and Rob and the Autoshine staff took care of it for me at my convenience. I know if there is anything I need for my truck Rob is the guy I call. Heritage Toyota has been a very easy dealership to deal with. They are helpful with service appointments, answering questions, and finding you a vehicle. I have leased from them twice and have had great experiences. Chuck Heingartner has been a great salesman to deal with. He is super friendly, outgoing and cares about your needs as the customer. He is always checking in with me on my vehicle, and offers to come pick me up and drop me off from service appointments. Great guy with a great personality who I'd highly recommend to any friends looking to purchase a vehicle.

Because we live 1.5 hours from the dealer, communication was paramount. We found a novel way to communicate and make the deal that didn't require me to make a the long drive South every time something came up. Thank goodness for that. Very good experience and Shawn was instrumental in making it happen.
