Wonderful Car Buying Experience

The Sales and Service at Jim Taylor is awesome. Sheila Rainwater was my sales person. She was so down to earth and friendly. I LOVE dealing with people like her. She explained and demonstrated so many things. She even answered all my questions. Someone looked at my new Traverse earlier today. I told them to go see Sheila at Jim Taylor...it's worth the 30 minute drive.

Great service!

My car had been driving funny and I called and they told me to go ahead and bring it in that day even tho I did not have an appointment. It ended up being a recall issue and they took care of it that day. Excellent customer service!!!

Another Great Service

Went in for an oil change and was greeted by friendly staff and my car was taken to the back immediately for service. Afterwards Marcus came out and explained what all was done. I had some questions about my new car and asked Marcus and he was able to answer the questions and demonstrate to me and my husband how the answers to my question. Thanks for another great service visit.
