Ford F-150, 2016

Rumbling in F150 with only 6,000 miles

Mechanics did a thorough investigation of the problem I was having. Took truck in for rumbling sound between 40 - 50 mph. Found bearing in pinion gear, was worn. Replaced it but still had slight rumbling. Opted to replace the drive shaft and found it to be out of balance. I am very impressed with the knowledge and skill of mechanics and eagerness of Service Department to make sure my 2017 F150 that only had 6,000 miles was it top shape.
