    Be prepared to spend you entire day here if buying a car here. I was literally there for 5 hours because the service dept screwed up while performing the emissions test /inspection on the purchase vehicle and had to start all over. I traded a ford escape in w/ a trade in value of $8436 (according to KBB)and was only given credit for $6000. I was then told that the dealership charged me for detailing the trade in and other expense such as inspection of the trade in was charged back to me and that brought down my trade in value. I was also sold a tire maint. plan which I did not need and called back to cancel and the finance agent Kevin was extremely rude and wanted to call my insurance agent who adv. me that I already had that protection with my policy. He said "what is your agent a car salesman". When I refused to give him my agent's phone #, he got even nastier and told me that it would take 12 weeks to have a refund processed to the bank which meant I would be responsible for the finance charges on the $600 cost. Spoke with the sales mgr. as well who admitted that he saw me sitting there for hours waiting for the maintenance dept to correct their error. During my wait there were 3 other customers that arrived hours after me, completed their sales transactions and left hours before me. Despite my trade in having more options (Remote start, roof rack, leather interior, chrome wheels seated seats, brand new Battery (cost of $225) brand new tires (cost $375), etc) no incentives were offered or given. I originally purchased my trade in there when it was Northland Ford prior to Baierl purchasing that location and not only did the name change but, so did the way I was originally treated. Also spoke with the sales mgr. to ask if I was able to return the new vehicle and get my trade in back to purchase a new vehicle some where else- has to get back to me! Definitely not happy with the way I was treated or the lack of incentive to purchase a vehicle here in the future. Buyers beware of this dealership and be prepared to send an entire day here and don't let the finance person (Kevin) bully you into extras you don't want or need. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

    Had quite a pleasant experience buying a new F-150 at Baierl Ford in Zelie. They didn't try to slam me into a sale and the salesperson Larry Hiwiller was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Selection was enormous, awesome financing, we received a very good trade price and the deal was phenomenal. Lee was very helpful and pleasant. Much different than the experience at Wexford where they give away cowboy hats.
